In app subscription. Different price and format on device and simulator

I’m creating a Flutter app with subscriptions. I’m using product priceString to get formatted price of the subscription. For some reason I get two different strings when I debug on device and on simulator (“4.99 USD” and “$3.99” respectively). 4.99 is the correct price for this subscription and I want it to be displayed with dollar sign ($) Instead of “USD”. How can resolve this issue?

Hi there,→ I am purchase subscription with app userId 1 and using sandbox id 1→ Now I am log out from the app and login with app userId 2 and using sandbox id 2 with same deviceIn time of second user purchase I am getting [Error: There is already another active subscriber using the same receipt.]. I understood that If I try with same sandbox id then it happens but with different sandbox ids don’t why it’s happen.

Support for Multi-Quantity Purchases in Unity

Hello,I want to use multi-quantity purchases in a Unity app on Android with RevenueCat. I've looked through the RevenueCat documentation, but I couldn't find any info on this.Can anyone clarify if RevenueCat supports multi-quantity purchases, particularly within Unity? Mobile purchases are automatically being tracked by RevenueCat. How can I hide some from RevenueCat?

We added RevenueCat to an existing application that already had in app purchases.We would like to hide some from RevenueCat as to avoid the MTR fee. Is there a way to do this?We are using RevenueCat for new In App subscriptions but would like to separate these from previously implemented purchases.

Subscription not detected on iOS / Flutter

Hello, I have configured my app (flutter) with revenue cat. I have two groups of subscriptions, those from v2 and the new ones from v3, on IOS. My problem is that the some of the previous subscriptions are not detected (either naturally or by restoring purchases), even though they are in the same entitlement. The purchase restoration function doesn't return any errors, just the customerInfo, with allPurchasesdProductIdentifiers,  expired date … but one one them, the valid one, is missing. My revenue cat version is up to date (purchases_flutter 6.25.0). The rest of the functions work fine: purchasing, cross-platform restoration, link to the .... account.  Can you help me?  Thanks in advance

package.storeProduct.localizedTitle always return the same text, not basing the locale or region.

I have an app with IAP in SwiftUI.  When I showing purchase info to the user, I use ```swiftText(package.storeProduct.localizedTitle)Text(package.storeProduct.localizedDescription)Text(package.storeProduct.localizedPriceString)``` I noticed that “localizedPriceString” was changed base on the system region settings. However, “localizedTitle” and “localizedDescription” were fixed. I have localized for en-US, zh-Hans, and zh-Hant in my IAP settings. But I can only get Simplified Chinese localized strings in RevenueCat, it never showed the other two localized strings.

How to get "Associated Entitlements" for all product?

Hi,I have multiple entitlements in my app and I want to group the products under respective entitlement on my paywall. I am able to get only purchased entitlements from `getPurchaserInfo` . Is their a way to get the "Associated Entitlements" for all products (both purchased and not purchased)? Thank you

Block Restores question on iOS

Hello, In my app I have Block Restores enabled and the following situation:2 auto renewable subscription options set up - monthly and annualUser A subscribes to an annual subscription  User B logs in on the same device and tries to subscribe to annual - gets the `receiptAlreadyInUseError` and I show an error But if User B tries to subscribe to a monthly subscription - the subscription goes through, switching User A’s subscription to a monthly subscription instead of annual (user B still doesn’t have a subscription, as expected)How can I tell that the currently logged in Apple ID is already subscribed with a different user and show an error when another user tries to subscribe and inadvertently changes the original user’s subscription?`CustomerInfo` doesn’t seem to have that info, User B has no active subscriptions.

Can not choose DEFERRED replacement mode in Android

Hello,i integrated revenuecat android sdk in my app recently. Sdk version is 7.7.2.I wanted to downgrade subscription with DEFERRED mode but I couldn’t find it. Therefore, I read document and change log. They said DEFERRED mode has been temporarily removed. However, DEFERRED mode is still in Android dev doc. Is something wrong with DEFERRED mode that it has been removed.  Thank you.

All products return incorrect prices on iOS

Hello, Apple updated app store prices in Turkey on December 8.For example: The option of 8.99 Turkish Lira (Tier 1) increased to 16.99(Tier 1) Turkish Lira.I see updated prices in the App Store Connect Panel. There's no problem here. BUT IN MY APP, THE PRICES ARE OLD.  coin_100 - SkuDetails: {"productId":"coin_100","type":"inapp","title":"100 x Coin (x)","name":"100 x Coin","price":"₺8,99","price_amount_micros":8990000,"price_currency_code":"TRY","description":"100 x Coin is defined in the account",

Purchases.getSharedInstance().getOfferings(new ReceiveOfferingsListener() returns NULL

Hello,I am using Java in Android Studio.  When i debug my app, I can see that my id (from firebase authentication) has logged in in the past.  I have set up offerings (actually just 1) in RevenueCat, but when i try to fetch the offerings with getOfferings, it returns NULL.  I read in a different post that:The app needs to be be in the internal testing track on the Google Play Store in order to fetch subscriptions Is this true?  Is that the reason why my app cannot “see” my offerings

Can I use the RevenueCat SDK attribution features to optimize my Facebook AAA (Trial Starts) campaign?

Was reading through the RevenueCat SDK documentation, and was wondering if there are any added benefit to using the RevenueCat attribution features rather than using the ones supplied by the Facebook SDK.  One thing that comes to mind is optimizing Facebook trial start events with trial complete events supplied by RevenueCat. Is this possible?

Flutter - General guidance with PresentPaywall and addCustomerInfoUpdateListener

Hello,Just asking some quick clarification questions publicly in case they help others, these are specific for Flutter but I would assume that they’re applicable for other SDKs.1. I am invoking:PaywallResult paywallResult = await RevenueCatUI.presentPaywallIfNeeded("Premium", displayCloseButton: true);I would assume that the only thing I can do to “react” to whatever the user did would be to switch on the enum - no other subscription details bar PaywallResult (notPresented, cancelled, error, purchased, restored) are returned?2. Related but I also noticed that you can hook into subscription changes like this: Purchases.addCustomerInfoUpdateListener((customerInfo) async { });Would you do this in a centralised place (like where we are initialising the SDK), to listen for all subscription changes for a user and then “observe” these using a ChangeNotifier or similar?

Where can I find the RevenueCat SDK documentation in Objective-C? I’m not using Swift directly (though I link to several Swift libs) and I’m having a difficult time integrating without Objective-C docs.

Not getting the onSuccess callback on Android

We’re using RevenueCat for subscriptions, but am now having issues with receiving the `onSuccess` callback when a user subscribes.If the user cancels the flow, we end up in the `onError` callback as expected, but when signing up we just don’t receive the callback, so the flow stops and doesn’t continue.Our implementation is working fine in production, but we’ve redone some of our signup flow, but we haven’t really (to my knowledge at least) changed anything in regards to subscription.The subscription code is called from a `ViewModel` and the function is called from a button click, so the call should be running on the mainthread (not sure if it matters really since it’s a callback).The code is fairly straightforward: Purchases.purchasePackageWith(   activity = activity,   packageToPurchase = packageToBuy, onError = { error, userCancelled → // Tell the View something went wrong. }, onSuccess = { transaction, customerInfo → // Call the View to update itse

isActive returns false for new subscription after calling `getCustomerInfo` in sandbox

SDK: RevenueCat 4.0.0-beta.xOperating System: iOS 15.1.1After successfully activating a subscription in the sandbox, calling `getCustomerInfo` and querying the relevant entitlement in `purchaseInfo.entitlements` on the returned `PurchaserInfo` object yields an entitlement with `isActive` set to false.Is this the expected behavior for entitlements when working in the sandbox, or should the relevant entitlement’s `isActive` property be set to `true` after successfully completing a sandbox purchase?

Purchases.shared.paymentDiscount is VERY slow

Why is the Purchases.shared.paymentDiscount function taking so long to complete? The completion is called about 30 sec after the function is called.

await Purchases.syncPurchases(); does not work for other device

Device A- Logged in Google play account (Aplaystoreaccount@gmail.com)- Logged in APP ID (Aappid@gmail.com)Device B- Logged in Google play account (Bplaystoreaccount@gmail.com)- Logged in APP ID (Aappid@gmail.com)  I saw this "await Purchases.syncPurchases();" on the docs and I used it after the subscription renewed, but this method just worked with Device A, I call this method with Device A this it gets the purchase info on google play and then renewing the subscription on Revenuecat.When i call this method "await Purchases.syncPurchases();" with Device B nothing happened, because the entitlement is not active.Why Device A worked perfect but Device B not worked this method "await Purchases.syncPurchases();"?

Total spent showing as $0

Hello,I’m testing out revenuecat and tried sending receipt data from the iOS app store for a couple of customers using the receipts endpoint. Revenuecat showed the transactions for the imported users correctly but the total spent for the imported customers shows as zero. I even tried adding the “price” property on the REST request to no avail. Know what might be up? I need to migrate data for a few 1000 customers and so its critical that it work correctly. Thanks

GetProducts type magic string and empty products array

In Unity SDK there is GetProducts method with this semantics:public void GetProducts(string[] products, GetProductsFunc callback, string type = "subs") How we should know this magic strings for “type”? I want to display Price in game user interface. This price can be obtained through StoreProduct. But I can’t get ANY StoreProduct, because GetProducts alwats return empty array. I wanted to change type from “subs” to anything else, but there is no another constants mentioned in docs \ code. Please help me to fetch all my products and check prices for them. Platform: Unity3d, Android & iOS

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but we couldn’t find any information - hopefully someone can point us in the right direction.We have 2 subscriptions set up in our Google Play Console, each with their own set of offers, and different pricing. Let’s call them SubscriptionA and SubscriptionB - the latter being a “higher tier” subscription (which gives access to more app features etc...).Our users can purchase either of these subscriptions directly, however if they purchase SubscriptionA, first, we allow them to upgrade to SubscriptionB at any point. We have so far done it using  the purchasePackage method, like so:Purchases.purchasePackage(package, undefined, { oldProductIdentifier, prorationMode: PRORATION_MODE.IMMEDIATE_AND_CHARGE_PRORATED_PRICE,});This would result in the user being charged the relevant pro-rated price, and the existing SubscriptionA switching to SubscriptionB. This works correctly, as expected.However we are now facing an issue as we have an upcoming promo
