When I submitted my app for review on the Play Store, it was rejected due to a "Broken functionality policy violation." The email included a screenshot that shows  "The item that you were attempting to purchase could not be found." After investigating this error, I found that it occurs when the app is used with the non-License Tester. Therefore, I attached the License Tester account information to the app submission details and explained to the reviewer how to log in with the License Tester account. However, the app was rejected for the same reason again. For my product, users frequently download the app after subscribing by first redeeming a promo code.Sometimes, on a fresh install, RevenueCat automatically syncs a user’s subscription. Other time, it does not and the user has to tap our “restore” button, calling restorePurchases, making for a confusing UX. After much testing, I cannot explain this discrepancy.What is the best way to ensure that the user’s subscription restores/syncs preemptively, so I can present the correct onboarding process? Calling syncPurchases does not seem to help at all. I’ve tried it before sign-up (anonymous user ) as well as after sign-up (after calling logIn and setting the user ID with RevCat).The docs indicate that syncPurchases should successfully sync the subscription like restore does:

I am trying to verify a user’s subscription on my backend, and it seems like there’s a lot of event types from the revenuecat webhook to consider.https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/integrations/webhooks/event-types-and-fieldsI want to know if i want to ensure my user’s subscription status on my backend matches with the revenuecat source of truth, do i need to necessarily implement a handler for each of these event types? It feels like alot of effort, and I am wondering if there is usually a need to implement handling for all event cases, or do most apps just need to implement for a few event types?

I have a valid Android subscription and offer setup in Google Play console. When I test this, the paywall shows correctly with correct values. When I proceed to buy the subscription, both subscription and offer are show in minutes. Is this because it’s a development build or is there something wrong?   SubscriptionOffer

Similar to this post I have a iOS RevenueCat pricing experiment.  Separate from that, I have offer codes that users can use to purchase the subscription (standard Apple offer codes).  Will the experiment accurately exclude purchases made through offer codes? 

I have set up an integration between OneSignal and RevenueCat, checked over the App ID and API key, both are correct. I recently found out that our app was not setting the OneSignal ID and on the Purchases SDK for flutter (8.0.1). We fixed this and checked that the user does indeed have a valid OneSignal ID and it should be sending the given data tags to OneSignal. however it seems that when i look through the integration logs that RevenueCat sends empty body to OneSignal and in turn gets a 404 reply with the given error below (the webhook to our backend sends the update correctly so theres no issue there). Note: i have not change any of the tag names so they are default{"errors":[{"code":"subscription-0","title":"Subscription not found"}]} Any idea why this is happening?

The RC Flutter SDK offers the .logIn method, which allows the current user to log in using only the appUserID.Since the appUserID is exposed on the client side, a malicious user could potentially obtain someone else's appUserID (e.g., through reverse engineering the app or intercepting network requests) and use it to impersonate that user. This could allow unauthorized access to premium content or features, etc..

Can I know if a subscription is cancelled using the Flutter sdk? I only found allExpirationDates property.   Does the expiration date refer to the date when the subscription will end if not being renewed in the meantime? Does it also refer to the date when a canceled subscription ends its current active interval and becomes inactive? Thanks!

Hello!I am testing my flutter application on Sandbox environment. I useaddCustomerInfoUpdateListener in order to get customer info ( I call it on app initialization) and then I listen to any changes that may occur. However, if user is offline and subscription expires it does not trigger listener. User has still has access to app. I would expect, that user should loose access to app if subscription expiration date is before now. Should it work like that?From : Michael suggest to call getCustomerInfo. Is it necessary if I’ve just got all the customer information from listener?If it’s not a bug, but feature, what is your recommendation? In my iOS app, if I click multiple times before the purchase window appears, the purchase window appears. several times. And if I managed to click 5 times, in the window that appeared I bought the purchase, after hiding the purchase window 4 times I will see a message that the purchase has already been purchased. Is there a way to provide a callback in Flutter for the warning: 'WARN: User is already subscribed to this product. Ignoring.'? Hi,do you have in plans to fully support Google Play Pass? I don’t see clear solution how to manage it using Revenuecat. Previously I used approach described here with .reset() and restoreTransactions() approach, but it caused really strange problems and user ids multiplications.   If the app relies on a purchase management solution that takes 24 hours to sync entitlements, the app either needs to use a different product management solution. It's not acceptable for Google Play Pass to have a 24 delay for entitlement revocation.  

I am testing Stripe integration with RevenueCat and have everything configured and working per your documentation. However, I am running into an issue with Stripe checkout and initial billing failures. When using Stripe checkout, if the initial payment fails the Subscription is automatically placed in an ‘Incomplete’ state. In this scenario, Stripe still emits a customer.subscription.created event which, per your documentation, I handle and post the token to RevenueCat. This subscription immediately fails and Stripe sends an invoice.updated event which I have configured to be sent to RevenueCat. I am then listening to Webhooks emitted by RevenueCat on my own server to do some minimal state management locally.This series of actions causes 3 events - Initial Purchase, Billing Issue, and Cancellation - to be sent to me by RevenueCat. All 3 events have identical event_timestamp_ms and purchased_at_ms timestamps. In other words,

Our app implements renewable subscriptions for Monthly and Annual. We are also implementing a “Day Pass” where users can purchase this and have access to locked content for 24 hours. The user can repurchase after it expires. We manage the expiration on our own servers.I created the “Day Pass” products as in-app purchases and added them to their own entitlement in RevenueCat. After some thought, I think I shouldn’t have added them to an entitlement.What’s the recommended setup?

Hi! I've encountered an issue where the dashboard displays an incorrect price. I setup a base plan and an offer with a discounted price with a 4 repeating periods . I subscribed to the offer then I disabled it, for the periods following the first periods the dashboard started showing the normal price(not discounted) but I was charged the actual discounted price on the play store. So the dashboard showed an erroneous price. Might be wrong, but I guess the system is looking at the current base plan and if an offer is active or not then displays the price? If so, is it an expected behavior?
