I get this error when deleting my products. “There are transactions in the system using this product.”

Currently the products are not in any entitlemnts or offerings. I saw in the community that I need to delete sandbox customers, but when I press the delete sandbox customers button, no sandbox customers are deleted.

Hi! It may take some time for the customer lists to update if you are using them to find the Sandbox users. Are you still experiencing this issue? If you share the product identifier, I can take a look on our end to see if there is a further issue.
