Hello I have integrated in-app purchases for the application via Renevuecat with React Native Expo. In debug mode, my renevuecat packages are coming without any problems on the simulator and I can buy them. I am getting the packages using getOffering(). This issue is present on both Android and iOS.
But when I publish my mobile application to production, the packages are not coming. Can you help me with this? Expo : 51.0.38 React Native : 0.74.5 React:18.2.0 Thanks in advance
Does this happen for both iOS and Android? The first thing I would check is if your products are approved and ready for sale in both platforms. They require a review as well, the same as your app and it’s a requirement to sell them in production.
If you share your app we can look a bit more in detail and see what’s going on.
Hello Thank you for your answer. Yes, I have the same problem on both platforms. My in-app purchase packages have been approved on both platforms. There is another situation, we published it for test users at first. I was able to see my packages without any problems. Also, when I buy an apk on Android, I can see it. When I buy a build and send it to the app store, I can't see it. The same thing applies to IOS, when I install it in the simulator or on my Apple device in debug mode, my packages still come. But when I buy a build and send it to the App Store, my packages don't appear.
