Purchases.getOfferings() returns [Error: There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details.]

Hi, I am using RevenueCat for using subscriptions in my app. I have configured everything according to the docs. On Apple everything is working fine but on Android, I am facing this issue when I try to get offerings, I get this error There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details.I know there could be some config issue but I have taken the following steps twice:I have followed the guide in this link (https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/creating-play-service-credentials) correctly. I have a checklist of all the things given in this link (https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/google-play-checklists) After going through the community form I found this post ( ) and performed all the steps in it. EAS Build Error

Hi All,I am integrating IAP into my React Native APP using react-native-purchases. I am creating a development build using EAS for Android and getting the below error: I am using react-native-purchases  version 7.22.0 and expo ~47.0.14. As per my understanding, expo ~47.0.14 already supports Android SDK Version 34. Android purchase - Something went wrong error

Hello, I'm getting “something goes wrong error” on Android. It was working in the past but started not working suddenly.  What I have and I have tried so far:My app is live, was released on Google Play Store I went through the Checklist I tried to set a new application on RevenueCat but it’s still the same. I can get all the products on the app I tried to buy a product both on development & live it gives the same error. I tried a different account (in case my account can be problematic), it’s the same When I run logcat, it gives me these two things  I don’t know what to do now and I don’t get if the problem is on RevenueCat side, my Google Play Account or the code. I’d appreciate any help

App crashes on reopen from homescreen due to PurhcasesHybridCommon error

Android AppInBackground is always true even when app is at foreground

Hi, I’m using the latest version of RevenueCat SDK on Android 5.7.1. I’ve noticed in debug logs that `AppInBackground` is always `true` even through the app is at foreground.This has caused some issues, such as cache not being updated in time. IIUC if app is in background, the SDK only updates cache once a day instead of the default 5 mins. Also, I realise that offerings are not being cached at app launch. When I start the activity with paywall, there’s always a noticeably delay of 2-3s to fetch the offerings. Support for Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM)

I'm currently using RevenueCat for my native Android app. I'd like to add an iOS version and I'm considering Kotlin/Compose Multiplatform Mobile in order to reuse much of my Kotlin code. It's still early days for KMM, but I was wondering if there were plans to add a KMM SDK. And if not, how would you recommend I manage subscriptions in this case?  Thanks!Sam

Custom metadata on the product or package

I wanted to pick up on this older closed ticket if that is ok.I am also running into this issue, and my offering is made of multiple packages/products like in the rc example / documentation here. I am looking for custom metadata at the product or package to be able to put the “1 MONTH” and “1 YEAR” text somewhere. Even the “SAVE 38%” should be in custom data no?Just trying to replicate the rc example here below dynamically and flexibly.What is the currently suggested way to do this?

Missing product title on iOS

This may be more of a support question, but for some reason I am no longer fetching the title for one of the two subscriptions available in my Flutter app, and only on iOS - Android works fine.I have two subscriptions available for a game - one that allows unlimited play time (energy), and a second that allows unlimited chips (which are used for hints and other things that are not necessary for play).  The subscription for Chips retrieves all information correctly, but the info for Energy is missing the title. Immediately after getOfferings:final offerings = await Purchases.getOfferings();return offerings.all;The offerings.all has the following (from the VSCode watch window) running on an iOS Sim:As I understand it, the product titles are taken from the App Store settings for the subscription item, specifically, the “Reference Name” (which is the only place where the “Unlimited Chips - monthly” string is set, and is set similarly for Energy.  In fact, it isn’t possible to have a subscr

Purchases getOfferings error 23, for some Android users

Hi RevenueCat team!I know this issue has about 63 😵 questions posted by a community and they have different reasons, so I guess you could be biased not wanting to solve this annoying bug. However it affects to many users and I just can’t let it live, so I’m seeking for your support. The background:I’m using the latest version your Flutter package `purchases_flutter: ^4.10.0`. I’ve been seeing this issue since upgrade to 4.x.The issue appears only for some android users, the app has about 8000 DAU, and in Crashlitycs there are about 200 daily errors related to that issue. For the rest of android users it seems to work fine. How to localise periodTitle

Hi all,On my paywall I have a subscribe button that lists the introductory trial period and am trying to make it dynamic so I can A/B test trial period lengths, I have achieved this with string interpolation but can not work out how to localise the periodTitle. Update customerInfo after successful purchase with Paywall's PayWallView?

Hi, I’m using the PaywallView in my app after the user creates 5 records. When the user tries to add a record greater than 5, the Paywall displays.However I don’t know how to update my logic if the user successfully purchases a subscription. The Pay wall dismisses after “you’re all set” displays. Is there a callback I can use to update the local state of the subscription? Does .sheet(isPresented:_) have an onEnded or the like where I can call Purchases.shared.customerInfo() ?I can check the in a task when the view loads… but not sure how to update the state during/after the purchase

Prorationmode IMMEDIATE_AND_CHARGE_FULL_PRICE missing from Flutter SDK

I am not finding the “IMMEDIATE_AND_CHARGE_FULL_PRICE” Proraion-mode option on the Flutter SDK.  Is this available on the latest package? We are using the version ^3.10.0 now.  We need this Prorationmode but the SDK enum does not have this method.  Anyone found a work around?

Storekit Configuration not picked up by Simulator

Hi,I’m in a situation where I have to test on a simulator, but despite setting up my StoreKit Configuration, I continue to hit a brick wall. Note, testing on a device was working fine.I’ve scoured as many relevant help articles as I could find on the community, but I’m still stuck.Specifically, I get an error message saying the product identifier I’ve created in my StoreKit Configuration is invalid, and that an SKProduct could not be found.Invalid Product Identifiers - ( "com.gravy.dev.monthly_4.99")Could not find SKProduct for ( "com.gravy.dev.monthly_4.99") I’ve tried this in a few different ways, always making sure the product existed in RevenueCat, and was apart of a “current” offering. Google error when restoring purchase.

If I call ‘restorePurchasesWith’ and there are no purchases to restore, I see an error out of the google billing wrapper: “Error acknowledging purchase. Will retry next queryPurchases. DebugMessage: Item is not owned by the user.. ErrorCode: ITEM_NOT_OWNED.” But this error does not bubble out of the wrapper up to the error handler provided to the ‘restorePurchasesWith’  call. How can I tell if restore fails in this manner.

Displaying purchased information

I like the documentation how to display products, but is there a similar one of how to display active subscriptions?Once user makes a purchase, I would like to display information about this purchase in a Membership management screen. Currently I am relying on getCustomerInfo().entitlements.active, but that does not describe the products well. I would like to show the display title and description of the product(s) that was purchased at that point in time even if it is not offered anymore.Is there a way to get full information of the purchase like that is more than identifiers? PS: FIWI in react-native I tried calling getProducts(customerInfo.allPurchasedProductIdentifiers)but that errors out:Error: Unknown error.    at Object.promiseMethodWrapper [as getProductInfo]

Customer getting charged twice when error occurs on first try

We have had 3 instances where a user has been charged twice for a Consumable Product. We have noticed that this happens when the user receives an error (example of error response below) from the API method in React Native await Purchases.purchaseProduct(productId, null, Purchases.PURCHASE_TYPE.INAPP). Management URL when subscirbed with Stripe

I've been working on adding Stripe Checkout to my existing app (both Android and iOS) for web checkout. Now I need to add a 'Manage Subscription' button within the app for users to easily navigate to where they can manage their subscription.I tested subscribing a user with Stripe but the managementUrl returns null. Is this the expected behavior?If so, it would be nice to make that clear in the documentation.I have a function which I call to create a Customer Portal Session for the purpose of redirecting users to manage their subscription. I'd be curious to know what is the type of link returned if there is one for the Stripe case because I thought we should be generating a Portal Session through our own backend.
