Not able to connect RevenueCat to the Play Console - Credentials Issue

Hi @tina,

 

We also have been experiencing subscription purchasing issues: both in a production app and a test app. Originally we thought this was due to the production app being transferred between accounts in both the Apple and Google stores, but now not so sure. I’ve made sure the new Google account has access to the original service account, and I did create a new json key and update in both apps RevenueCat side. Can you help with this?

It happened to me. Edge browser was caching old answer. I changed to Chrome, and it started working.

I was having trouble with this until I realized I had to enable the Pub/Sub API on my Google Play Android Developer project instead of my app’s project. Go figure
