We have a custom attribute to determine if our customers are eligible for free trials based on some criteria in our members database. If we just use offerings and targeting, we can target the correct offering to the correct customer (one with trials, one without). But we want to run an A/B test on the trial type using an Experiment. But it looks like we cannot determine experiment eligibility by custom attribute. Are there plans to add this feature?

Hi, community. One of my users (336542) has purchased a subscription, confirmed by the RevenueCat Overview dashboard (real-time), and also by searching for the specific user ID in the Costumers section. The user used Play Store.However, that seems to have not triggered any events in the webhook. I rely on the webhook to give the benefits to the users in my backend, so this has broken the flow.The purchase was made in Production.The latest entry I have in my webhook events (in the Webhook Implementation section in the dashboard) is from 2025-07-30. Same in my webhook handler logs.I have no idea what could be going on. Any insights?

I've read through multiple discussions here in the forum but I am still not sure, what does it exactly mean when we get Billing Issue + Billing error right when a free trial ends?From what I've concluded, they payment method didn't succeed. Is this happening because my users may use virtual prepaid cards that expire before the trial ends?

Hey folks 👋, I just started using RC and need your help with handling of REFUND events. For apple app store -Does REFUND request raised by customer also CANCEL the subscription (I assume not)? Or is it targeted to a specific RENEWAL/INITIAL_PURCHASE TRANSACTION_ID event? The REFUND event sent by RC, can I assume the TRANSACTION_ID would match a past/current RENEWAL/INITIAL_PURCHASE event’s TRANSACTION_ID? Same for REFUND_REVERSED - can we assume the TRANSACTION_ID in all three events - (RENEWAL/INITIAL_PURCHASE) → REFUND → REFUND_REVERSED would match?How do you guys test the REFUND flow? I raised a sandbox REFUND request through the app but never received a REFUND event.Thank you! 😊

Hello, I’m seeing an issue with one of our consumable products in production (not sandbox). A user attempted to buy the same consumable twice via RevenueCat, but the second purchase did not result in a charge. Instead, our webhook received a NON_RENEWING_PURCHASE event, and RevenueCat did not bill the user again. This purchase was made using same App User Id and we can see it in customer history on dashboard.Since this is a consumable product, it should charge on every purchase. Could you please investigate why the second transaction isn’t billing the user? Let me know if you need any additional logs or identifiers.Thank you

I’m able to delete subscriptions made in sandbox, but when I try all of the same steps (clearing purchase history in iPhone settings + appstoreconnect sandbox website, trying a new appuserid), it still doesn’t clear the lifetime IAP.

I’m trying to integrate Adalo with RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and purchases. Since Adalo doesn’t support adding SDKs directly, I’m attempting to connect them using Custom Actions along with Adalo’s Digital Purchase component.The issue I’m facing is that the Digital Purchase component doesn’t provide the receipt data that RevenueCat requires for validating purchases. Because of this, I’ve hit a bit of a wall and can’t complete the integration.Has anyone successfully connected Adalo to RevenueCat using Custom Actions or found a workaround to get the purchase receipt from Adalo? Hello, I have 1 offering and 3 packages in it, basic,standard,gold. Each package has 1 product associated with it.In the paywall editor, I want to see the price of my product in preview. So I am using this format {{ products["my_package_id"].price}} but it only show the raw value not the price.  So my question is, How to see the price of my products ? My products are also available in app store-in app purchases and they are ready to submit. Should I submit them first 😁?  Thanks.

Hi,I’ve set up my in-app subscriptions in App Store Connect and created the offerings in RevenueCat. The products appear correctly in the RevenueCat dashboard, and the getOfferings() call works without errors.However, I’m still getting an error when trying to make a purchase with Purchases.purchasePackage(...).My subscriptions are marked as Approved in App Store Connect and attached to a subscription group.In RevenueCat, the products are linked to the correct entitlement and offering.I’m not seeing the “Missing Metadata” warning anymore, but the purchase still fails.Could you please help me identify what might be going wrong?Thank you!

Hi, I have two paywalls in my flutter application. Subscriptions and offer paywall. Subscriptions paywall is default but offer paywall needs the offer parameter to show. After subscriptions page, when ı navigate to offer, old page preview shows at first. Because the second page is rendering the offering parameter. It looks pool quality. You could check the images. How can ı fix this?

Hello! I have a paywall editor query.I have a tab for yearly vs. 3 months. I have selected annual as the default package, but when I test on my phone, it defaults to 3 months. Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix? The packages are pulling through correctly in the bottom box when annual/3 months are selected. I have also tested it by attaching one of our offerings to a template paywall and am having the same issue. Any help / guidance hugely appreciated!   

My paywall works fine for iphone but on ipad the bottom text is being cutoff and the user has to scroll to see it. I tried playing around with things like padding on the paywall editor but can’t get the paywall to go bigger. I also tried fixing it vibecoding but nothing is working. App is coded in swiftui. Not sure if it’s a revenuecat issue or if it’s the code in my app. Any ideas how to fix it? The images are attached.

I’m building a mobile app where multiple users can log into the app on the same device, and each user should have their own individual subscription managed via RevenueCat and Google Play Billing. We’ve enabled restorePurchases() in our app before every new purchase attempt — as recommended. Also, we’ve set “Block Restores” in RevenueCat settings (i.e., Keep with original App User ID), so that subscriptions are not transferred between users.Here’s what happens: I log in as User A in the app. I subscribe to the monthly plan. I then log out and create a new account: User B. Can someone explain why feature items text are not showing on actual android device and on emulator?I have set the text colour to black as you can see from one of the screenshot but it doesn’t show up.If I change the Features background (top level) to some other colours then I can see the items appearing in white.Text properties on featured item.Feature items showing in preview.Feature items not visible on android phone. I integrated RC when StoreKit 1 was my only other option. I do not use or plan to use any of the various RC advanced features (experiments, paywalls, etc) and am still on the RC legacy Starter plan.I’ve looked into StoreKit2 and it does everything I need these days. I think that the analytics that ASC currently provides plus what Apple has promised in terms of new metrics this year is all I need there, too. So I am seriously considering migrating off of RC and only using StoreKit2 directly (reduces App complexity without having an intermediate layer on top of SK2, removes dependency on 3rd party, etc).I’m having trouble finding documentation regarding this, but I’m wondering exactly what the process is… and whether this means any new transactions I handle via StoreKit2 on new versions will not go to MTR.Existing/legacy versions of the app will of course still use RC as I can’t take back those versions out there in the wild ;)I do not have the “Tr

I set up Revenue Cat for my new app in February with a single monthly subscription option along with a six month free trial. So, everyone who signed up had to choose the monthly subscription option, because that was the only one available.We now want to add a yearly subscription option with a substantial discount. I understand that new users will now get to choose between the two. What I don’t understand is how existing subscribers (who chose the monthly subscription) could switch over to the yearly subscription model when their free trial comes to an end. I have removed RevenueCat SDK from my iOS app a couple of month ago and handle subscriptions and purchases using StoreKit 2.Question: What do I need to do to ensure that RevenueCat stops tracking and charging for this app? Is it sufficient to tap on “Delete App” red button in the App configuration in RevenueCat? I want to make sure that renewal for users who started their subscription when RevenueCat was integrated in the app are not going to be affected.Thanks
