Did anyone of you had this problem with Paywall? One of our users reported that he can’t proceed due to a fact that the paywall is broken and doesn’t contain any action (purchase/proceed) button. We have asked for a print screen ant it look horrible indeed. User was: Samsung Galaxy m23 5G/ Android 14/ One UI 6.1 (probably on a large screen view).

+2It looks like an issue with how we’re handling scaled fonts. I’m not seeing that on my Pixel with some paywalls I have though. To help us debug this, can you ask that user if they have upscaled their fonts and if so, see what it looks like if they lower it?

Unfortunatelly , that user is really low “tech savy”. Tried to explain her over the phone, what to do but failed. Any other ideas?

I’ll try and replicate this further with more extreme examples and smaller devices soon. I’ll let you know what I find and if I have a fix for you.
