Hi,I am adding a feature to my app and I need to have the list of users who have subscribed to an in app subscription. Is there a revenuecat API that allows you to have this information?Regards 

Hello,Trying to create a document for our team to pull data and could not find any details on what ‘New Customers’ mean on the Overview, please advise.  

As can be seen in the screenshot attached, some of the “trial start”s are listed as “unknown” in the country breakdown. We didn’t have that issue before, suddenly it started on March 3rd. We didn’t had a new release or a change in the IAPs etc. The thing is, when a trial is converted to a subscription the country data is available again in the “Active Subscription” charts. How can I fix that?I appreciate any help,Thanks in advance 

i cannot find the place in revenucat to see how many sales are on android and how many sales are in IOS. 

I am in the process of implementing the RevenueCat SDK and everything seems to be working well, except I am seeing 30+ ‘New Customers’ displayed on my dashboard. Only I am using any version of the app with the SDK implemented, and I have only been testing with two accounts. If I visit the ‘customers’ area, I only see the two expected Sandbox accounts and nothing else.Why is the New Customers count on the dashboard out of sync with the Customers reports, and why would it be so unexpectedly high?Update: I am currently testing logging in and out of different accounts (my accounts, not Apple IDs) and restoring transactions (resulting in transfer events). I see  anonymous RC accounts being created in the webhook event. Presumably that is the reason for the count increasing? Am I doing something wrong to generate so many anonymous accounts?

Hi,I’m debugging an issue with my billing integration and want to look into customer data in RevenueCat. In my setup I have individual builds (and application ids) for development, staging and production and am currently testing a sandbox purchase for a non-consumable product on iOS.Now I’m trying to find a specific user, but the Customer List doesn’t show the user. I know that the user exists, since I can get it from the api and could find it by manually editing the https://app.revenuecat.com/customers/… url.The “Find Customer” search box also does not give me the user.How can I view all customers in the Customer List?Thanks,Thomas

 The Trial Conversion chart is comprised of these statuses. Is there known logic to replicate these buckets with the data from the /subscribers/ endpoint? I’d like to be able to replicate these states at the database level for internal reporting.

Hi,I started my experiment on January 20. Both variants have successfully converted users from 3-day trials. However, after almost 3 weeks (on February 7), I didn’t see any results for the experiment. Instead of it, I see the message “Data for this experiment will be available in 24 hours”. Questions:How do I know if my experiment is running successfully and I’m not wasting my time by looking at placeholders for several weeks? Why does RevenueCat say that the data will be available in 24 hours if this is never true? I’m running my third experiment and data was available in 1-3 weeks. What are the minimum criteria for data to be available? E.g., at least three converted users / purchases? Are there any plans to show how the LTV is calculated for each variant? Any clarifications on my questions would be greatly appreciated.

In Charts, the Store filter with the value of “Play Store” does not seem to work for some of the charts.In particular, in both the “Initial Conversion” and the “Trial Conversions” charts.  When I fliter by Store for either Play Store or App Store, all of the New Customer values stay the same.When I use the Subscription Retention chart and filter by Play Store, all of the data is zereod out.

The total installs and active users displayed on my RevenueCat dashboard overview are way off. I believe it’s at least double the amount of installs, and I would guess the active users count is also around double.It’s been like this for almost a year now, I just haven’t decided to report this until now.Is RevenueCat counting anonymous ids as a user as well? I’ve checked in my code and I'm positive that I'm just identifying the user once when authenticating.Am I the only one experiencing this? Current SDK:react-native-purchases – 3.2.0

We want to integrate some of the dashboard/customer List data of revenue cat into our overall business KPI dashboard (using Klipfolio for this). So far the only way we found to export the data is through manually downloading the csv files through the “export buttons” on the Dashboard/Customer Lists.  Now I am wondering. Is there a way to access the same data via an API or have them automatically exported/send to a certain email address?This would help us a lot in integrating the data from RevenueCat as single source of truth into our business.  Thanks for any help or suggestions on how to make this work

I’m integrating Revenue Cat to my app, the new version isn’t published on the App Store yet. However, the dashboard shows that I have new customers. Can someone explains this? Thanks  

Hi team RevenueCat. We’re facing an issue where RevenueCat provides no email attribute for any subscribers using Android (iOS works fine).  Our app is built with Flutter. Are we missing something? With best regards,Romano

The Revenue Cat pricing plan references MTR: e.g. “Free up to $10k MTR /  Plans based on Monthly Tracked Revenue (MTR)”But in the Overview / View Sandbox Data page, there is a metric, MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue).What is the difference between MRR and MTR?Where can we find MRR for our account?Thanks.

I am configuring Offerings in RC to be sold via IAP.  Using app logic I will display one of these Offerings to sell to the user. To set this up I have configured three Offering ID’s: “Lifetime” “50_off” “Annual_Subscription”.  Next I set up three products in App Store (iOS) and 3 products in Play Store (Google). In the RC Dashboard when I Attach the 50_off Product to the 50_off Offering it works for Google but fails to attach the App store product.  After attaching the App Store product I can refresh the Offerings page and see that I now have 2 Products attached to the 50_off Offering but clicking the 2-Product link shows me that only the Google product is attached, not the Apple product that I just tried to attach.  Is the UI broken? Can you help me debug?  This seems to be working differently than maybe a month ago!

Hello,I have found out that attributes (like ip, adjustId) etc are shown with a delay in the user’s dashboard.I didn’t manage to understand how long this delay is or it needs a new app session to be updated. Is this true only for the dashboard or it influences the events send to integrations as well? Thank you.  

I have everything up to date one App Store Connect and i am still getting Invalid Product Identifiers.I checked on the Revenue Cat Account i have 1 product with the right identifier associated with an entitlement.Not Sure what’s is missing. Appreciated for any help.

Is there any way to see a chart that includes Active Subscriptions AND Promotional Status over time? 

I have a customer who signed up for a 7 day trial  on 12/20/2021. This is listed correctly in the Customer History in the Customer report. In the same customer report it shows “Trial converts on 2021-12-29”. Why would a 7 day trial go 9 days? In the customer history there is no activity other then :First seen using the app (also on 12/20/2021) Started a trial (12/20/2021) Last opened the app (in last day)Looking at the event data for the Started a trial event the expiration (which should be the conversion) is listed correctly as 1640639521296 which is 12/27/21 - 7 days after trial started.

I am building a Tip jar in my App which I have configured as a Consumable In App Purchase (IAP) on App Store Connect.At present I have added those consumable IAP as products in my Revenue Cat dashboard with associated product IDAfter going through the docs as well as online tutorials most of them focus on Subscriptions which should be packaged as offers.Even the API that I am using to fetch the products in my app points me in the direction to use offers instead.So I am a bit confused, should I be using offers with each IAP being a separate offer ? or should I continue using my current setup of 3 products with no offers & entitlement  ?

Is there a way to calculate LTV easily?Can you add an LTV parameter in the dashboard?

The RC dashboard appears to be able to filter based on products, product duration, etc. However, a Stripe product may have multiple prices. How are we able to determine what stripe product was purchased and the associated price (and duration)?  Should we separate out each price into it’s own product in Stripe?

Hi there, we’ve been running an experiment with two different annual prices for over a month now:Variation A: $12/mth and $50/year Variation B: $12/mth and $60/yearWe noticed the following behavior:The test has always been close, but slightly favoring Variation B for the first 4 weeks Then after the first month was over and the first set of monthly subscriptions were renewing / churning the test completely shifted towards favoring Variation ASo now we are wondering what happened and whether we’d need to wait for 11 months more and once the annual subscriptions start to renew, the picture would look completely different again.How confident can we be that these results are reliable and we should get rid of Variant B now?Also is it possible to get some more insights into the breakdown of the collected data for the tests? Hello! In the documentation, you mention that the cancellation webhook may be delayed up to 2 hours, but the rest of the webhooks typically deliver within 5-60 seconds.Let’s say that a user cancels a subscription, but then reenables it before the cancellation webhook gets sent. In that case, what types of webhooks would I get and in what order would they be in?e.g.would a cancel → resub result in a renewal → cancellation? Or does RC not send the Renewal, since as far is it knows the sub is still active?
