OneSignal Integration Missing 'active_subscription' Tag

I added the OneSignal integration. All but one of the tags are coming through reliably. The ‘active_subscription’ tag (which for some reason was initially blank and I later filled in on the integration page with its default value of ‘active_subscription’) is present in some integration events, but not for others. I seem to get a `true` value for `TRIAL_STARTED` events, and a `false` value for `EXPIRATION` events. But nothing for example for `CANCELLATION`. Can someone clarify the intended behaviour here?

No receiving 'RENEWAL' webhook event

Hi, I have purchased a sandbox subscription in app which is renewing every 5 minutes via Google Play Store. I am receiving the ‘INITIAL_PURCHASE’ and ‘CANCELLATION’ events but never the ‘RENEWAL’ event. Looking at the webhook logs this is also reflecting this. I can also receive test events. Any help would be much appreciated,Thanks

RevenueCat Amplitude integration for existing project with different user IDs

Hi all,I have a mobile app in the App Store, that has its own RevenueCat Project and Amplitude Project.I am currenlty in the Starter Plan, but I am thinking about upgrading my account to the Pro Plan to be able to integrate the RevenueCat in-app subscription events into my Amplitude Project.I have the following problem: I use the default ReveneuCat anonymous user ids in my RevenueCat project and in my Ampltiude project I use the RevenueCat anonymous user ids but I remove the “$RCAnonymousID” prefix. Based on your docs (https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/amplitude) I must use the exact same ID for the amplitude project as well. This is the point where removing the prefix earlier bites back. As the event sent from RevenueCat will contain the prefixed id, but such an Id will not exist in my Amplitude project.I can fix the issue for all future users by setting the exact same RevenueCat anonymous user id for the Amplitude user. But what will happen to my old user? What will be the result of t

Can I create two webhooks?

Our backend system are splited to staging and production, but revenuecat’s sandbox looks doesn’t support webhook, so I want to add both staging and production webhooks to the app.

RENEWAL event has wrong purchased_at_ms time

Hey!I’ve encountered really strange issue. As I was analysing data received from RevenueCat webhooks, I saw that time of `purchased_at_ms` was moved by 8 hours comparing to what it should actually be. I’m still analysing the data but for now I see a clear dependency between events and the issue.When we received the BILLING_ISSUE event and then the CANCELLATION event, the RENEWAL event that came after that had a proper time (the purchased_at time was a few seconds or a few minutes before we received the event). When we don’t receive any of these events, the purchase_at_ms time is 8 hours ahead of time we received the RENEWAL event. Also, when I purchased from sandbox account, I received a proper purchased_at_ms time...The data I’ve analysed so far contain only users that use iOS.Have you seen similar issue?I’ve checked a lot of users’ data and I don’t see any other dependencies...

C# Connection Problem

Hello, I have the premium control done in the application. I am using Revenuecat and developed it as flutter. I cannot delete the information in the database of those whose premium period has expired. Because I check whose premium period has expired from mobile with revenuecat. I couldn't do this because everything is on mobile. how can I solve it? Thank you.

The receipt is not valid - 7103

Hi,I’m trying to Send Stripe tokens to RevenueCat and it doesn’t work, my doubt is the field "app_user_id", in which I wrote the id of the customer of Stripe, e.g. “cus_wefi”. In RC i don’t have any customer yet, i need to create it before? Because the doc of receipt says “Records a purchase for a user from iOS, Android, or Stripe and will create a user if they don't already exist.” Also, in the field “fetch_token” I wrote the id of the sub: e.g. “sub_wefou”,Thank you

RevenueCat with Shopify

I am launching an app with a subscription offering. I currently have an e-commerce site built using Shopify. I am selling subscriptions on the Shopify site using the Bold Subscriptions Add-On, with Shopify Payments as the gateway.Bold offers webhooks for subscription events. I was thinking that I could pass these webhooks through my backend to the RC API...but...I don’t see RC endpoints for subscription events like cancel, so maybe this is not a viable solution?Is it possible to integrate the subscriptions sold on the Shopify site with RevenueCat? Am I missing a simpler solution here? Thanks!

Getting error when trying to parse Webhook response [Sandbox] - "Converting circular structure to JSON"

OneSignal Integration - OriginalAppId, OneSignalId, PlayerId, externalUserId?

We want to integrate RC with OneSignal and are facing some questions we do not find clear answers in the documentation.(https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/onesignal)The main issue is that OneSignal does not have a combined “User”. They only have “PlayerIds” targeting specific devices and channels.Our Users use the app on multiple devices and platforms. (iPhone, iPad, Mac)We use anonymous user ids for RC and when a user restores their purchases, RC is creating aliases to link the data together.When we set the $onesignalId with the SDK, it is a PlayerId, meant to target push notifications to one specific device. So RC Subscription Events are only set to this PlayerId with the API Integration.If a user is using multiple devices, he has multiple PlayerIds. But RC is only adding tags to the one set as $onesignalId.To use OneSignal Journeys, we need to set the externalUserId.We can use the originalAppId from RevenueCat here.Sadly there is no detailed documentation on how to use Journeys and Pu

Why are integrations still locked even when our current plan is Pro?

We recently upgraded to a Pro account so we can use the integrations such as Branch. However, even after our account shows “Pro” as our current plan, certain apps that require “Pro” plans are still locked.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Is there an integration with Hubspot planned?

Hi, We are evaluating using Hubspot for email marketing and I was wondering how we could connect from RevenueCat to Hubspot to push forward contact as well as e-commerce events. Integration currency with amplitude is not consistently in USD

Hello,We have the Amplitude integration enabled and noticed our revenue numbers in Amplitude were higher than expected because the events from RevenueCat are not always normalized to USD. Is there a way to have all RevenueCat events normalized to USD to Amplitude? Amplitude doesn’t support currency conversation based on this, so would be great if RevenueCat can normalize the currency.We saw this post claim that currency should be in USD so not sure if what we’re observing is a bug. Below screenshot is an example of an event using GBP currency instead of USD. Thanks!

Problem with Appsflyer integration

Hello! We found that in the appsflayer the number of unique events became significantly less than the total. Probably revenue cat duplicate events. We have contacted AF and they have not found a problem. So we assume that there is a duplication of transmission of non-unique events. That is, the revenue cat transmits a trial, the sdk transmits a trial, and it all adds up. Why would there be duplicates? Please take a look at our project. It is possible directly on time-lines, if it is possible.

RevenueCat to Adjust when using Segment wrapper

Hello,We implemented Adjust using the Segment Wrapper (not the Adjust SDK), and when we connect RevenueCat to Adjust no events fire. This is because we are not setting the $AdjustID in the app. Is there a way to set this without using the Adjust SDK? Can we send it from segment to Revenuecat? Any help is sincerely appreciated.

My subscriptions in Stripe do not appear on the RC dashboard with webhook setup

HiI have set up the stripe webhook using the docs and have tried to add test subscriptions on Stripe manually and using Stripe Checkout. The Stripe webhook page shows me that the events did go through as shown here: but on Revenue Cat my dashboard is still empty completely. I am not sure where the issue is and would appreciate any help!

Short Expiration Windows

Hello,We noticed when testing the RevenueCat subscription, the expiration window is very short. Here's an example of a webhook payload registering a successfully initial purchase. Note that the event time is "Thu Jun 16 2022 10:45:08 GMT-0700 " and expiration time is "Thu Jun 16 2022 11:45:02 GMT-0700". What seems to happen is that after that window, we are forced to go through the subscription user journey again. Missing many INITIAL_PURCHASE webhook events and integrations

We are missing some INITIAL_PURCHASE events (approximately 1-2k in the last 3 months) You can see the dashboard shows no integrations for this event: Despite other INITIAL_PURCHASE events around the same time showing that they did send: We rely on these events for our customer comms and engagement and also to warn users when their free trial is ending. Our webhook integration is setup correctly and this error seems to happen at random. I’d be happy to DM some event ids etc for your investigation.

Hi!I’m integrating Adjust with Revenue cat. Could you please help to understand what event goes into the “Initial purchase event token” field? In my app, I have the following subscriptions and purchases:Trial → weekly subscription Monthly subscription without trial One-time purchaseAs far as I understand in my case the Monthly subscription should go to the “Initial purchase event token”.
