More detailed documentation on pub/sub

Hi,is there a more detailed information on pub/sub and revenue cat?I read this but its not working like this: https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/google-server-notificationsI can't enable pub/sub via the link on the first point. Is google cloud billing needs to be active for this? I tried to create it manually, a push subscription but Im not sure about the settings and the revenue cat push url.

Stripe Unit Pricing

Your docs regarding stripe packages says: Only Package Pricing and Standard Pricing subscription plans with per unit pricing are supported. Metered usage and tiers are currently not supported.Does this mean, that a user for example can purchase 5 monthly subscriptions via stripe?Will this be correct displayed in revenuecat and in you webhooks to my server?

C# Connection Problem

Hello, I have the premium control done in the application. I am using Revenuecat and developed it as flutter. I cannot delete the information in the database of those whose premium period has expired. Because I check whose premium period has expired from mobile with revenuecat. I couldn't do this because everything is on mobile. how can I solve it? Thank you.

Help Mee! Android subscripiton product id and ios product id is different ?

Hi,I am adding a subscription for an app in the play store. Android and ios ids must be the same on our side. But when adding android subscription, we add it period and the product id is created automatically, but the android and ios ids are different, how can we solve this problem?Subscription is on auto-renewal. We have added a subscription before, but we did not encounter such a problem. Has RevenueCat been updated?Can you help me ?example-------ios: com.app.subscriptionandroid:com.app.subscripton:p1mThanks in advance :)

Adjust is not receiving RevenueCat intergration events

Long story short: RC sends integration events to Adjust, but Adjust doesn’t show them in the report.Long story:My project has integrations with Superwall and Adjust. Both are showing integration events sent with successful response codes.However Adjust is not showing any received events in the report dashboard, while Superwall does receive and show all the same events correctly.The iOS project has a call to set AdjustID (Purchases.shared.attribution.setAdjustID(adjustId)) and this ID is shown in the RevenueCat customer info.I’ve tried re-setuping the integration for Adjust with no luck.What should I do to make it work?

Firebase Integration is not available for flutter?

I would like to integrate Firebase Extension into my project and according to the instructions guide I need to follow a few steps herehttps://www.revenuecat.com/docs/firebase-integration#2-set-firebase-user-identity-in-revenuecatAll those steps are only showing code for Swift.Is there no integration available for Flutter? Is it not possible?

Does RevenueCat Handle Calls to SkAdnetwork

Hi,  I use both Branch and RevenueCat in my app. I’m setting up Branch to talk with the SkAdnetwork. In the Branch Docs it says the following: In the SKAdNetwork Config section of the Branch dashboard, select the YES radio button to have the Branch SDK handle all calls to SKAdNetwork.Do NOT opt-in if you decide to:Integrate directly with SKAdNetwork and call the SKAdNetwork functions natively. Use another 3rd party library to handle your app's interactions with SKAdNetwork. Before I opt in, I wanted to make sure this wouldn’t interfere with any RevenueCat Features.

Unable to install or uninstall Revenuecat purchases Firestore Extension

I have been unable to install or uninstall the Revenuecat Purchases Firestore Extension. After trying to then uninstall, I have received the following error. Note that we have Google Cloud Associated with this project and so IAM permissions etc. There is nothing about this in the documentation and how Google Cloud IAM permissions might affect the Extension installation or uninstallation. My account has full Owner permissions, as well as Service Usage Admin, Firebase Admin, and Eventarc admin. Could not validate subscriptions API permissions

Hi.I'm trying to implement subscription purchases and in-app purchases using Google play and RevenueCat payment service.Although we had already succeeded in integrating other apps, we had problems integrating payments for the new app.I don't think the RevenueCat payment service works by accident.I hope everything runs smoothly.Let me tell you why I say this.We followed all the integration methods currently provided by RevenueCat and repeated them not just once, but several times.So, please refrain from telling people to refer to this while sharing reference documents.So, I often waited for more than 24 or 36 hours, and now even after waiting for a week, the payment does not work.Of course, the review and approval was completed in the closed testing track, and there were many times I waited while revising the product description for a quick method.But it still doesn't work.I am now waiting for a quick reply and hope this helps all users here who are having the same problem as me.We look

Stripe => Revcat => Appsflyer integration

We connected stripe to revcat. This allows us to let users subscribe on our own website, and automatically unlock access to the same subscription. We send all our paywall events (Initial Purchase Event, Trial started Event, Trial Converted Event, etc) to Appsflyer; however we would like confirmation that the same paywall events coming from stripe are also making their way to Appsflyer. Can you confirm that it is being taken care of in your implementaion?Also, what attributes can we use to distinguish paywall events that are strictly from the mobile app (revenue cat) versus the ones that are go through stripe? --

Subscription events not sent to Segment

I am working on an app that already have RevenueCat integrated and working fine. I would like to send the Subscription events to Segment and from there export to another service. RevenueCat and Segment integration seams straightforward and I has "Enable sandbox events" checked.I am particular interested in the "Subscription Trial Converted" event. I can track them on RevenueCat/Segment/Recent Events view but not on Segment Debugger view.Is there something that I am missing? I appreciate any help.Tech spec:iOS 14+Purchases 3.12.2Segment 4.1.5

can i add RC code to my website before turning it to an app?

Hi guys, I had a Wordpress website that I am turning into a WKwebview app.  Currently on the website, I’m using stripe as the payment processor.  in order to get accepted to the App stores, I need to configure in-app-purchasing.  My question is, will it be possible for me to configure IAP’s on my website BEFORE I render it as an WKwebview app? Any and all help will be appreciated.  Thanks

Can RevenueCat handle Stripe subscription upgrades/downgrades

I have a vanilla monthly/annual subscription plan on my app. In Stripe it’s 2 products, each with one price.I’m configuring the Stripe customer portal, where I will send customers to cancel their plans. Stripe allows me to let them “Switch plans”.Is this supported in RC or should I only let users cancel and start a new subscription?Thanks!

Need help with Restoring Subscription with Firebase Integration with Webhooks.

Info: Whole Backend = Firebase.That includes, Auth system, DB, Functions, Extensions etc.In the app, I have let's say an account with User 'X' with userId 'xid'. X makes a purchase through the RevenueCat SDK and it sends out webhooks that writes database entries in Firebase with the necessary User details, purchases and entitlements.I read these entitlements entries in the DB and unlock features within the App. Here in lies the dilemma.Let's say User 'X' has purchased a monthly subscription. Webhooks and Firebase Integration will give me the DB entries I need to do my unlocking features.All good so far. Now user 'X' has decided to delete their account having the userId 'xid' from the App. All good so far. Bear in mind that subscription is still active in Playstore/Appstore.Now user 'X' decides to create a new account again in the App. User 'X' now ends up with a new UserId of 'yid'. User 'X' now presses the 'Restore Purchases' button which calls "Purchases.restorePurchases()" function

No receiving 'RENEWAL' webhook event

Hi, I have purchased a sandbox subscription in app which is renewing every 5 minutes via Google Play Store. I am receiving the ‘INITIAL_PURCHASE’ and ‘CANCELLATION’ events but never the ‘RENEWAL’ event. Looking at the webhook logs this is also reflecting this. I can also receive test events. Any help would be much appreciated,Thanks

Webhook test event doesn't have attributes

Hello, I am trying to set up a webhook integration with Zapier/Integromat that will send emails to unsubscribed users. These tools work the way you start setting up a webhook and then listen for data from RC. Once it receives call from RC it automaticaly builds a scheme to work with. However, RC test event doesn’t contain email and name attributes. Making it impossible for tools to build a scheme and work with emails and names. Hope this makes sense. Thanks,Jakub

Why does GB in-app subscription results in 12.17% tax_percentage (VAT) from webhook?

Hi,We’re seeing events from the Revenue Cat webhook whilst in Sandbox mode (before go-live) where a subscription or renewal flows through with 12.17% `tax_percentage`. Can anyone explain why that might be? I would expect 20% VAT? How to adjust and add PROPERTIES to the existing events from RevCat to CleverTap

As a business it’s critical for us to receive this event data in CleverTap from RevCat."price" (we do not need "price_in_purchase_currency" - we'd like to have it all show in RevCat as US dollars) "product_id"We want to adjust and add PROPERTIES to the existing events. We are not adding new events.How can we do this?  Is there another way to send the data?

Reporting Stripe subscriptions as Firebase web revenue

Hello RevenueCat Community,We've been using RevenueCat for our iOS, Android, and web apps, and we primarily use Firebase as our backend for all 3 apps. We've set up the RevenueCat’s Firebase integration (not the Firebase extension) by following the documentation provided here. The document seems to indicate that events for all 3 sources (App Store/Play Store/Stripe) can be sent to Google Analytics.We see the revenue data for our iOS and Android apps in the Firebase dashboard. However, we've noticed that the revenue for our web app, which is processed through Stripe, is missing. We do see the web app revenue on the RevenueCat dashboard, but it's not showing up in Firebase.We've double-checked the setup and believe that we've followed the integration steps correctly, but we're still not able to see the web app revenue in Firebase. Is there an additional step or configuration required for Stripe payments that's not covered in the documentation?Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly

How to transfer a stripe purchase

Our app subscriptions are currently done via appstore and playstore purchases and we’re trying to add stripe into the mix. But we’re not sure how to handle the case where an old user signs back after a new subscription as anonymous. In case of appstore and playstore purchases, the transfer purchase call does the job but not so in stripe purchases. How is this to be handled? Just post a second receipt against the signed in user’s app user id? It’ll result in the stripe subscription attached to both revenuecat customers. I’m not sure about any unintended side effects of this flow. Is this the way to go here? Or am I missing something

Cancellation Webhook too ealry?

So I configured Webhooks and used the recommended approach of calling the RevenueCat API to handle logic.This works for all events tested so far. Except for the Cancellation event (I canceled Platinum):As shown in the image. The function is called at 11:38:35 with the cancellation event and after calling the RevenueCat API to check the expiration date, the platinum membership is not yet expired and thus my logic to remove the enitlement is not triggering as I am checking if the expiration date is in the past.Did I oversee something here?

Missing many INITIAL_PURCHASE webhook events and integrations

We are missing some INITIAL_PURCHASE events (approximately 1-2k in the last 3 months) You can see the dashboard shows no integrations for this event: Despite other INITIAL_PURCHASE events around the same time showing that they did send: We rely on these events for our customer comms and engagement and also to warn users when their free trial is ending. Our webhook integration is setup correctly and this error seems to happen at random. I’d be happy to DM some event ids etc for your investigation.

Sending Stripe tokens to RevenueCat (Squarespace)

I'm trying to integrate revenuecat with the stripe checkout on my squarespace website - so that when a customer subscribes the subscription will be automatically applied. Following this document up untill point 5 "Send Stripe Token to RevenueCat" https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/stripe#:~:text=Connect with Stripe,in the RevenueCat Stripe App. Does anyone know where the cURL code is meant to be added on the Squarespace platform?
