Hello,

I am trying to set up a webhook integration with Zapier/Integromat that will send emails to unsubscribed users. These tools work the way you start setting up a webhook and then listen for data from RC. Once it receives call from RC it automaticaly builds a scheme to work with. However, RC test event doesn’t contain email and name attributes. Making it impossible for tools to build a scheme and work with emails and names.

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks,

Jakub

It is possible to work around this by sending a real event though. One can make it by removing entitlement from a test account or similar.

Hey @bakua! 👋

Thanks for sending this in- I went ahead and added this to our engineering backlog as a request.

As you mentioned, it looks like sending a ‘real’ event by making a purchase is enough for now to get subscriber attributes in events. It’s important to note, attributes may not always be present in webhooks if they haven’t been set before a purchase, or if it’s an event like a TRANSFER- you’ll want to be sure you to handle cases where subscriber attributes may be missing in the event bodies.
