Receiving active entitlement even the purchase is expired.

I am receiving entitlement.isActive == true when expiration date is already long passed.Here’s my code:Purchases.shared.purchaserInfo { (purchaserInfo, error) in if let error = error { complete(.failure(error)) return } if let entitlement = purchaserInfo?.entitlements.all[Self.entitleId] { if entitlement.isActive { UserDefaults.subscriptionCache = SubscriptionCache(isSubscribe: true, lastCheckedDate: Date()) } complete(.success(entitlement.isActive)) } else { complete(.failure(IAPError.noPurchasedItem)) } }Here’s my result: The current time is 10/23 0:00 UTC Please help me with this issue.

Xcode Simulator IOS12 Strange Behaviour

I ran my app on the Xcode iPhone SE iOS 12 Simulator and was surprised that Purchases.shared.offerings { (offerings, error) returned a value. But also that the offering was corrupted. My available packages in offerings.current are 2 subscription and 1 Non-Consumable but 3 subscriptions were returned. The Non-Consumable was incorrectly defined as a subscription.On iOS 14 simulators Purchases.shared.offerings { (offerings, error) returns nothing as expected.Can anyone explain what I am seeing here please.The app is working in production.regardsPeter

iOS Xcode issue - App crashes after adding the cocoapods pod 'Purchases' to my podfile

I have an existing Objective-C project that is already using CocoaPods.After adding the pod 'Purchases' to my podfile my project no longer runs.It quits with the error messages:__abort_with_payloaddyld[15384]: Library not loaded: @rpath/libswiftCore.dyliblibswiftCore.dylib' (no such file)I am on Xcode 13.0I checked the solutions on this page https://stackoverflow.com/questions/26024100/dyld-library-not-loaded-rpath-libswiftcore-dylib, and based on that, have confirmed the following:For both my project and target:Build Settings > Build Options > Always Embed Swift Standard Libraries is set to YesFor my target:Build Settings > Linking > Runpath Search Paths is set to @executable_path/FrameworksI also Cleaned the project and deleted all Derived Data.What else do I need to do to resolve this error?

Randomly and false-zero-Entitlements returned from purchaseProduct:withCompletion

Hi @taquitos With the latest 4.0.0-Beta.3, the return from purchaseProduct:withCompletion can have zero entitlement even though it is not true.I can’t reproduce while in debug mode (randomly happens outside the debugger).Attached is a txt file with a log of successful return (I see some errors but not sure how to cancel them).Thanks,

How to show the price of the current active subscription

We have a subscription info screen in which we show the user’s current subscription and its price.We couldn’t find a way to get this price.We can get the offerings and use the `purchaserInfo.activeSubscriptions` to find the related product and its price, but the offerings could change with time.. We would like to know the price that this user is currently paying.

RCPurchases's purchasePackage should return userCanceled = yes?

Hi, This question relates to interaction with StoreKit UIAlertViews. When a user start a purchase and the system shows “Sign-in” alert, if user taps ‘Cancel’ button, purchasePackage sets ‘userCanceled’ to true. However if user taps ’Cancel’ when “Subscription Terms” alert (next alert after ‘Sign-in’ alert) is displayed, then RevenueCat doesn’t set ‘userCanceled’ to true, it returns a valid error object with message “There was a problem with the App Store.” Shouldn’t userCanceled be true as well here?

PurchaserInfo doesn't return all entitlements

Hello,I added a new entitlement with 3 products. When reading PurchaserInfo object in code, I can only see the old 2 ones. The last added is not in the list. I waited for like 12 hours, thinking RevenueCat needs more time to propagate the change. However this didn’t affect the end result. I’ve checked docs to make sure there is nothing more I need to do to make things work.Thanks.

"No Products Registered" Error after updating to Purchases-iOS 3.12.7

I updated my Swift dependencies in SPM from 3.12.4 to 3.12.7. After I update, I get the “no products registered” error below. Nothing has changed in App Store Connect or in RevenueCat. Why subscription on the same device is being shared between app user ids?

Hi, I have noticed that when a user purchases a subscription on a device, any other users who sign in on the same device will automatically have that subscription, seems like other users accounts are being linked via alias. Is this expected behavior?

iOS Offer Code issue

Hi Team - My goal is to setup offer codes to allow customers coming from partnerships to redeem prepaid subscriptions.After setting up auto-renewing subscriptions, I’ve hit a snag implementing Offer Codes in my iOS app.The following has been configured:2 subscriptions(yearly and monthly) setup in App Store Connect under same the subscription group Both subscriptions are at the same level of service and include a 7-day trial period Subscription key uploaded to RevenueCat Created 1-year free offer codes under the yearly renewable subscription Offer code is for new, existing and expired usersObserved user experience:User logs in to app and subscribes to monthly renewable subscription User then navigates to https://apps.apple.com/redeem?ctx=offercodes&id=1579782821&code=CODE to redeem 1-year free offer Code is accepted and Apple ID authorization is prompted After authorizing the subscription a error is presented stating, “ This offer can’t be redeemed with your current subscription

Debugging hanging purchase request & PurchaseErrorCode.operationAlreadyInProgress

We have the combined issues of 1) purchase requests hanging and 2) PurchaseErrorCode.operationAlreadyInProgress for our flutter app. Haven’t been able to reproduce on our side but have several users recently report this.Example of a recent Android report: https://finch.hellonext.co/b/Bugs/p/can-t-sign-up-for-trial-with-monthly-billing. We always display the error code that is returned (like in the bug report screenshot) but it sounds like some users can have requestToPurchaseProduct effectively hang without an error code returned. Is requestToPurchaseProduct always supposed to throw an error to timeout, or are we expected to handle timing out purchase requests ourselves?After the hanging, users who close the app and retry again end up getting stuck with PurchaseErrorCode.operationAlreadyInProgress. The error documentation said to wait but the user has been stuck with PurchaseErrorCode.operationAlreadyInProgress for a while, so is there any recommended ways to debug/handle this state?

How to migrate old subscriptions when i don't have complete data?

Hey thanks for listening. I have been using Google play billing library since past 2 years and now switching to Revenue cat. I have few questions regarding migrating subscribers of my app. So there are two types of subscribers 1. monthly and 2. annual subscribers. I have saved their data in firebase realtime database and nowhere else.Your docs were really helpful in integrating the Purchase SDK of RevenueCat but what i am not able to understand is about migrating these active subscribers (around 20). Won’t the RevenueCat automatically be able to communicate with Google Play Servers and check if a user is premium user and active? If not and if i have to manually update the data (which is incomplete as i don’t know about the app_user_id) then what is the best possible way to handle this?

Purchases.getSharedInstance().getOfferings(new ReceiveOfferingsListener() returns NULL

Hello,I am using Java in Android Studio. When i debug my app, I can see that my id (from firebase authentication) has logged in in the past. I have set up offerings (actually just 1) in RevenueCat, but when i try to fetch the offerings with getOfferings, it returns NULL. I read in a different post that:The app needs to be be in the internal testing track on the Google Play Store in order to fetch subscriptions Is this true? Is that the reason why my app cannot “see” my offerings

Unique Id for a transaction from Google and App Store is not returned in response .

Hey guys,We are trying to get the original_transaction_id and transaciton_id after the purchase. However, we are not receiving those information. We want those information to save in our logs once the purchase is done. Also, we want to use those information for our report. Here is what we receive after the purchase. Where there is no transaction_id or original_transaction_id. Manage refund of non consumable
