Hi, I have noticed that when a user purchases a subscription on a device, any other users who sign in on the same device will automatically have that subscription, seems like other users accounts are being linked via alias. Is this expected behavior?

Hi @Wes,

Sorry for the delay here!

Yes, it can be expected behavior for aliasing to happen in certain conditions depending on the Restore Behavior you’ve set up in your app settings (you can read more about the different behaviors here: https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/restoring-purchases)

It sounds like you might have Legacy Aliasing enabled if multiple anonymous users or provided App User IDs are getting aliased together when they restore on the same device.
