Flutter paywall purchases_ui_flutter show full screen, top has some padding

I am using the Flutter purchases_ui_flutter package and I love it so far. When the paywall screen is shown, the top of the pages shows almost to the top, but not quite. Is there a way to allow the screen to go all the way to the top of the page? Thanks.

[iOS] App Store Promotion implementation: purchases() method never called

Hello, I’m trying to get App Store Promotions for In-App Purchases working through RevenueCat. I feel like I must be missing a permission or some important setup call somewhere, because I just can’t seem to get the delegate purchases method containing readyForPromotedProduct to ever be called when opening an App Store Promotions link (e.g. itms-services://?action=purchaseIntent&bundleId=<BUNDLE_ID_HERE>&productIdentifier=<PRODUCT_ID_HERE>). I’ve confirmed that the normal purchases method (func purchases(_ purchases: Purchases, receivedUpdated customerInfo: CustomerInfo)) gets called every start, but not the one I want. Subscriptions not working in Testflight (macOS)

Hi all,I'm building a macOS app with some renewable subscriptions.Everything is working fine when testing within Xcode on my mac, but now I have uploaded my macOS app to TestFlight, I see that the offerings are not working.If I inspect my network traffic with Proxyman, I do see that the app is trying to get the data, but the response is empty (or it says "invalid json").Any idea what might causing this?Kind regards,Frederik

How to detect lifetime access when restoring purchase?

When I tried to restore a lifetime access IAP on iOS with this code it did not detect a purchase. It seems to only work with subscriptions. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a different method to detect if a user has purchased a lifetime access IAP? Tried looking through docs but didn’t come across anything. Entitlements randomly return empty causing unexpected subscription expiration

A growing number of our Android users are experiencing unexpected subscription expirations due to the PurchaserInfo.getEntitlements() returning empty incorrectly. The user will then use the restore functionally and PurchaserInfo.getEntitlements() will return correctly with their entitlements on the restore callback. Within the the next couple sessions the user will get 0 entitlements returned again and be forced to restore once again. This behavior does not seem to stop and the users are stuck in this loop. Background information:- Android- Confirmed users own entitlements in rev cat dashboard- RevCat Version: v3.3- We call Purchases.getSharedInstance().getPurchaserInfo() to verify subscription on every session

React-native app: All purchases are sandbox even in reviewed and live app

When testing with release version of a react-native app, I continually get the sandbox subscription options when attempting to purchase. For ios, I have no sandbox account setup, but this happens on multiple devices.For Android, I removed my sandbox account and this happens. Everything shows up and the purchase completes OK, but is always in the sandbox.

Customer getting charged twice when error occurs on first try

We have had 3 instances where a user has been charged twice for a Consumable Product. We have noticed that this happens when the user receives an error (example of error response below) from the API method in React Native await Purchases.purchaseProduct(productId, null, Purchases.PURCHASE_TYPE.INAPP). Cancel Stripe subscription with Stripe subscription ID

Hi, Atm we do not have the stripe subscription ID available in the Subscriber → subscription object. We want to be able to cancel them from our web funnel. Unless we’re missing something we’re not able to fetch the subscription ID directly through Revenuecat and we would have to save it somewhere in our backend. Is there a way to get the subscription ID through RevCat?

Flutter SDK syncPurchases method

I’m trying to use the syncPurchases method in the Flutter SDK before checking entitlements to determine free trial eligibility on Android.This workaround was suggested by Cody in the thread here: However, despite the function returning a future, await Purchases.syncPurchases() doesn’t seem to actually await the purchases being synced. EntitlementInfo `isActive` returns true even if subscription has expired

As shown in the image, the time that I captured the photos has already passed the `expireationDate`However the `isActive` still returns true Can somebody help? I’m using Xcode 14 Beta 3, iOS 16.1, latest version of RevenueCat

Subscripber attributes sometimes missing in Webhook

In my React Native I set subscriber attributes before I make a purchase. However in the “NON_RENEWING_PURCHASE” webhook the attributes are sometimes missing. Is this a race condition in your system? When I process the webhook I use the attributes to perform certain actions. What would you suggest is the most reliable way of making sure the attributes are synced correctly? Should I use the REST API within the webhook to fetch the attributes? Problem with the SKPaymentTransaction missing a transaction date

I’m trying to set up our payment at my workplace and I encountered a problem I cannot find others are having.Everything works, in theory and practically which is weird, but I still get warning logs in console when clicking the purchase button in app.So as soon as I click the purchase button I get two warning/error in log:[Purchases] - WARN: 🍎‼️ There is a problem with the SKPaymentTransaction missing a transaction date - this is an issue with the App Store.[Purchases] - WARN: 🍎‼️ There is a problem with the SKPaymentTransaction missing a transaction identifier - this is an issue with the App Store.However, I still get the prompt to purchase and I fill in my sandbox account details and hit buy. Restore Purchase - RevenueCat webHook

So we get rid of all AppStore/PlayStore integration for processing payment and rely fully on RevenueCat webHook.the main issue that we encounter so far is that when we have a restoreSubscription the RevenueCat webHook does't react also if user has a purchase already and he receive "You are currently subscribed to this" and press OK again the RevenueCat webHook does't react.How can we manage this 2 scenarios ?

PaywallView displays "Purchases has not been configured"

Hello,Although I have been using RC for a few years I am trying the Paywall feature for the first time, on a new app.I added a product on AppStore Connect, imported it into RC and added the RC SDK to my SwiftUI app.I initialized RC as per the docs, and it is working because I can output my product name after calling getOfferings: the logs also show that RC initialization has been successful.However, PaywalView displays a red badge with “Purchases has not been configured” Extra info:I am trying to embed the paywall view into a Carousel, that is why you see the three dotsDo you have any suggestions?Thanks,Davide

Ionic Failed to build android app

We get a number of errors related to “Purchase already in progress for this product.” → is this an issue or does this just let us know that a user has tried to trigger a purchase twice?

Why are Android products not available to test?

I have struggled for TOO long trying to figure out why my RevenueCat could not find my Android subscriptions. It seems that RevenueCat’s documentation has not kept up with the Google Play changes. I realize you are struggling to support the new changes in Google Play. But, you need to support other new users that are dealing with the new Google Play subscription setup and how to integrate with RevenueCat.tldr; The secret seems to be: You must use the legacy method of defining subscriptions in Google Play Store.For each RevenueCat "Product" you must define ONE Google Play Subscription that has a SINGLE base plan. It is the Play Subscription "Product ID" that must match to the RevenueCat "Product" IdentifierThe RevenueCat provides a link in the error messages (https://rev.cat/why-are-offerings-empty) that after a redirect end up to the closed topic WITHOUT ANY MENTION of this issue! I hope this helps someone out there.

Sandbox Purchases reporting in wrong currency but correct price value

The entitlement identifier shows an purchase date of:While the user bought a new subscription at:It seems that the latest purchase date of the active entitlement is also returning the 2021-07-27 date from what I can see in the logs.My question is:Why isn’t the active entitlement date updating to the latest purchase?For full context: This user purchased a non-renewing IAP last year and now purchased my newest auto-renewing IAP.

Re-enable Legacy Restore Behaviour

I recently started using RevenueCat SDK in an existing iOS app. I noticed that some users cannot restore purchases on a new device, and even after making a new purchase on the new device, the entitlement for Pro features was enabled only on one device at a time. That is completely wrong behaviour! As I figured it by now, it is causes by RevenueCat’s default setting, which I was not aware of, and which I cannot change myself. Where do I ask for a fix from RevenueCat?

How to handle expired subscription with billing error that can be renewed?

Hello there! I’ve stumbled upon a quite odd behavior while managing permissions of a subscriber. I give promotional entitlements based on some special users and I handle it by checking whether the subscription is expired or not.In the case I’ve observed, after receiving a webhook containing information of a BILLING_ISSUE event, my routine waited for it to expire to check if the subscription was still active, and it wasn’t, so I revoked the promotional entitlement.However, the user latter came to complain, and when I checked their profile on RevenueCat’s dashboard, their subscription was active, but without any events on new subscription or renewals. I immediately returned their promotional entitlement, but I was lost with no information to why they were still active.I’ve used the expiration_at_ms to wait after it to check through the API if the subscription was active. iOS payment sheet prompted twice

In the sandbox environment, when I call Purchases.purchaseProduct or Purchases.purchasePackage (my product is auto-renewable), the payment sheet pops up for confirmation as expected. After I entered my credentials and pressed confirm, the payment sheet shows up again. I have to reenter my credential to confirm the purchase. This happens if the user does not have any subscriptions initially. Another big issue related to this is when the subscription expires, I cannot make a purchase to the same subscription because the payment sheet doesn’t show up at all, and the SDK console says it will not process because the purchase/transaction is a duplicate. TIA!
