How to get google order id from transaction Id ?

So I am able to see the transaction id in revenue cat but for google the order id starts with GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567 (Paid apps and in-app purchases)GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567..0 (Subscriptions)but my transaction Id looks like this "transaction_id": "momccgonamhibjgoineacklf.AO-J1OwDsqdYk6v87sEv9MLdsuQPfo0y2-UfQe1FJvRpye5QIi7MThjIZyKk_7Yzyyr6SDRxTy1PzbQUZj3hIirzCKE3I56bf0BBeRMK9qVyB-MZh7ZablM"I need the order id the format provided by google how to do that.

Remove entitlement for non-renewable purchuse

I have following scenario in my app: Each file creation should be an in-app purchase. I have an entitlement “create a new file” User buys this entitlements User creates a new file After that I want to take this entitlement back from the user so that next time they will need to purchase “new file” againIs that possible or I have a wrong understanding of how it works? Is there a way to pause subscriptions with the SDK?

Specifically for Google Play:Can we see if the user has paused the subscription? Can we pause the subscription via the SDK (or send the user the right place to do so)?

Multiple introductory offers

Hi, Not directly related to RC, do you know if it is possible to have multiple introductory offers per subscription? For example see below, I created 2 intro offers, both are free-trial but with different durations, some users I would like to give the free-week and for the others the free-3-days.Assume that both offers are valid on all countries (for testing I just enabled in 2).I am not sure how to do it using the RC SDK hence I am not sure it’s even possible, on Apple website I see they write that an Introductory Offer limit is “One offer per subscription, per territory”, so I guess it’s impossible but just wanted to be sure…Thx.

Consumables have "productType": "NON_CONSUMABLE" in purchasePackage

CustomerInfo is null

I have gone through the whole setup. I am testing on a phone I have already made an in-app-purchase on. At the start I received CustomerInfo correctly, but now it is empty all the time. Any idea what is going on? For reference, the offerings are received correctly, and I can see the purchase in the dashboard. It seems to have another app user id though, for some reason.

Subscriptions not working in Testflight (macOS)

Hi all,I'm building a macOS app with some renewable subscriptions.Everything is working fine when testing within Xcode on my mac, but now I have uploaded my macOS app to TestFlight, I see that the offerings are not working.If I inspect my network traffic with Proxyman, I do see that the app is trying to get the data, but the response is empty (or it says "invalid json").Any idea what might causing this?Kind regards,Frederik

Subscription is not working on iOS while working on macOS

I have sent my app to Apple review, they accepted the macOS version of the app, and rejected the iOS version. So I tried the subscription again within Xcode, and actually, it's running successfully with the macOS, while it is not on iOS (Simulator). App hangs when starting from xcode

My app is properly configured in the appstore, but it probably even doesnt matter because it just not start with the flutter purchases package from RevenueCat. XCode hangs after the debug log “DELEGATE SET” from purchases and I can only stop the process. Screenshot attached.However if I start it from VSCode it runs but nothing is returned from the API like getProducts returns empty list. I can however see entitlements from the getCustomerInfo().I’m trying to run on Simulator (iPhone 11).My env is the newest flutter SDK, newest flutter package. I integrated the RC package in Android with no problems at all. iOS seems to be a no go without your assistance.Hangs on that line as in the picture. Playing again cause restart and the same scenario.

Not able to fetch subscription from amazon app store.

I am trying to integrate revenue cat with one of my amazon Fire TV Sticks app. I have followed the steps described in the docs and created the product and sku’s required for it and configured the same on the revenue cat. Subscription not working when app is live

I have implemented subscriptions which work fine when I test the app in testflight. When live it doesn’t work. I’m still trying to debug but because it only appears on the live app it’s a little difficult to debug. I’m putting a new version out where I send some firebase events to help me debug the state of things. But posting here in case there’s something obvious I’m missing… Thanks for any pointers on what to check Daniel

RevenueCat for ios only, is App Store Server Notifications setup needed? Improve Performance?

Currently I am only using RevenueCat for iOS only. In the future I will have a web purchase that is redeemed on my app. Currently should I set up the App Store Server Notifications? Will adding that server address in my App Store Data “Production Server URL” section speed up the performance of authenticating purchases? Currently this week the authenticating feels very slow, minutes vs seconds.

Apple or Revenuecat server responses very slow? 12/23-12/28+?

Has anyone seeing the Apple or RevenueCat server response time to be very slow in the last week?12/23-12/28+? A few weeks ago the response time was great, very fast. Currently it can take several minutes to authenticate a purchase between Apple and RevenueCat. This has led to several App Store rejections this week. Anyone else experiencing this? Should I just wait till the new year? Maybe Apple and RevenueCat are doing maintenance so servers are slow. If the apple tester/review person sees a long delay they reject the app….

Our app is being rejected because since we added RevenueCat we are violating the data practices of the Google Families Policy on our Kids App.The rejection explation below:Your app violates the Families Policy Requirements policy. These identifiers may include, but are not limited to Android Advertising ID (AAID).For example, the destinations of Android Advertising ID transmission may include, but are not limited to: facebook.com.Apps that solely target children, must not transmit the following:Android Advertising ID (AAID) SIM Serial Build Serial BSSID MAC SSID IMEI and/or IMSIApps that target both children and older audiences must not transmit the listed identifiers from children or users of unknown age. Customer Id is different to app_user_id in frontend

I use Webhooks to register purchases and unlock premium features for the account that purchased the product. I have made a purchase with one Account, lets call it User A. After the subscription expired, I logged in with a different Account, lets call it User B. Of course I called Purchases.logIn(UserB.id) in my app. I then purchased the subscription again and confirmed that it uses User B’s id as the app_user_id in my app. However in my Dashboard and my Webhook it still shows that User A made the purchase.This happend in a Sandbox environment and I used the same Apple Id for both purchases. My RC Project uses the Restore behavior “Block restores”.Can someone explain this behavior to me? I had expected that the Customer Id in my Dashboard is always the app_user_id that makes the purchase in the frontend. Is that not the case? I’m really confused and couldn’t find anything about this behavior in the docs.

[Flutter/Android] Issues with Downgrading a plan

We have an app that’s build in Flutter, and it works with both Play Store as well as Apple Store. On both platforms we have set up products (no offerings, or entitlements), as the approach is that the users can buy a product (subscription) and change it at any time.The Apple Store subscriptions works well (in sandbox mode) and I am able to buy the lowest subscription, then upgrade to higher, and finally downgrade again, without waiting for a subscription to expire.On Play Store, however, this doesn’t work. I start with the lowest subscription, and then I can upgrade, but if I tried to do another upgrade/downgrade, I get Play Store popup with the following message:Error retrieving information from the server. [Unity] Display monthly price of a annual subscription

As far as I can see, there is no property or method to directly get the monthly price of an annual subscription in Unity.I found this thread from a month ago with the same issue, but everything discussed in there only applies for the native Android and iOS SDKs: How do we calculate this in Unity and show the currency symbol in the correct position (some countries have it before and same after the price)?

Random InApps Added by Console - How Do You Remove Them?

Hard to believe but the console added 2 non-subscription InApps to the project. In the screenshots they are CONAS & CLDAS. We have been selling this app for eight years with seven InApps including these two. Why the console added these two, I have no idea. Our intention is to sell monthly or annual subscriptions with the app.Any ideas on how this happened? How do you delete products? (If it was in the doc we won’t we posting here, please send a screenshot of how to delete these products as there is no delete option in our view, see screenshot)Thanks for any help.

Android app with different package ids for development and production not able to fetch products

Hello everyone,It’s a bit unclear if it’s possible to have a single Android app with 2 package ids (development and production), with 2 configured apps in the RevenueCat backoffice, and a single app in Google Play Console.We are getting an error every time we try to get the products with our .dev suffixed app"There's a problem with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from the Play Store."Is the only way around this to create a new app in Google Play Console with this .dev bundle?It baffles us, because this works perfectly well with Google Billing Client, without the need of any additional app on the Google Play Console.Thank you for your help!

requestDateMillis from getCustomerInfo is always stale

The docs say: The SDK will update the cache if it's older than 5 minutes, but only if you call getCustomerInfo() However in my testing, whenever I run the below function, the requestTimeMillis remains stale, even after 5 minutes, and I’ve called `getCustomerInfo()`.I was under the impression this timestamp would change every 5 mins regardless of purchase, to reflect the getCustomerInfo request. Android Subscriptions Not Going Through

Users on Android are complaining that they are paying for a subscription but they are not getting any features unlocked. I can see the correct “Offerings” on my Android device, so it seems like the app setup is correct. I can unlock access for users manually through RC’s API, so when an “Entitlement” is granted, it is unlocked in the app. I can see the subscriptions go through Google Playstore, but they are not picked up by RC at all.So what could be the problem? Here’s what I have checked off:Made sure bundle IDs match. Made sure the “Products” registered with RC unlock the correct “Entitlement”.As per the current privacy policy, I am not logging any errors and cannot see specifically what is wrong on the end of the users.

Prorationmode IMMEDIATE_AND_CHARGE_FULL_PRICE missing from Flutter SDK

I am not finding the “IMMEDIATE_AND_CHARGE_FULL_PRICE” Proraion-mode option on the Flutter SDK. Is this available on the latest package? We are using the version ^3.10.0 now. We need this Prorationmode but the SDK enum does not have this method. Anyone found a work around?

Getting Old Offering issue

I’ ve properly installed RevenueCat in android app and its workingfor Annual offering…but when i have created new offering with 4 type subscription monthly, 3 month, six month, and annual - properly follow the process but then i am not getting latest offering, i am getting again and again old offering.can you please help me out from this issue i am stuck here almost 1 month completed.Thankyou in advance.

I am currently using Flutter with real android device. I recently switched to using “Google Subscription Model v2”. I followed RevenueCat instructions over here When I upload my Flutter app to Google play store internal testing, then download the app from play store to my real Android device, I am able to make subscriptions without any problem. On the hand, if I run my Flutter app through the command line using “flutter run”, then when I try to make subscription, I get this error: “The item you requested is not available for purchase.”. Here is a screen shot. I am able to see the subscriptions with no problem on my screen. I only can’t make purchase.I don’t want to deploy my app to internal testing in play store to test my code as this is so slow. Is there a better solution. Thanks
