Some Android in China can not fetching offerings

We have integrated 2 apps with RC. One configured 1 year ago, the application still takes the usual offerings in China. A new configuration application a month ago, some phones failed to get.When I compare the two apps, the new Android app has a base plan id. (motoprod_video_storage_1_day_monthly:p1m). I don't know if that's the reason why some phones in China can't be received. [Flutter] Couldn't find existing purchase for SKU

 Hi,I ran into an issue while implementing subscription for Android. I am trying to allow user to upgrade one a Basic plan ($10) to Pro plan ($40). Here, both Basic and pro plan is a monthly plan.I bought Basic plan, then I wanna upgrade it to Pro plan, but it returns me “Couldn't find existing purchase for SKU”.In my understanding, the product id (entitlement) is the SKU. Please correct me if am wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I only see one package when fetching, but I have two in the configuration.

This is the configuration I set for my offering. However, when I print the offerings.current, I only see the first one.The monthly item has a value, but the threeMonth item is null.What could be the issue?Thank you.

In new react native 0.71.10 project when I paste <uses-permission android:name="com.android.vending.BILLING" /> in android manifest it’s working In android 12 but in android 13 this error shown. ERROR: This version of the application is not configured for billing through Google Play. check the help center for more information. can you please give a solution

how do we prevent users from registering duplicate for the app when they change apple store account to upgrade old package of previous apple store account to new package under new apple store account

When I login apple store A account, subscribe to premium app package. Then I login to apple store B account, and upgrade to PRO package. It will have 2 subscriptions from 2 apple store accounts

unknown errors - possible problems with the server

How to show annual subscription price per month?

Sorry if it was asked before, I searched but couldn’t find anything :(What is the best way to calculate the price for annual subscription per month/week? I want to show user, how much he/she will pay for an annual subscription each month or week.An app already implementing this, is Snapchat. Any way to test trials before going live (React Native)?

I’m adding iOS Introductory Offers, and I would like to test before going live. However, when following the guide in the docs, the `discounts` field on the product is an empty array. Offerings returned empty on iOS error RevenueCat.PublicError? domain: "RevenueCat.ErrorCode" - code: 23

Google Play non-consumable purchase handling

My app has two modes, offline and online. The offline mode (which doesn’t require users to log in) offers users a non-consumable, while the online mode (which requires users to log in) offers subscriptions. RevenueCat handles the subscriptions part well. However, for the non-consumable part it’s a bit confusing. I’ve read multiple posts here  and  saying that RC will always CONSUME the products.  However, Google’s Billing Library offers two ways to handle non-subscriptions products, one is to acknowledge, another way is to consume (https://developer.android.com/google/play/billing/integrate#non-consumable-products and https://developer.android.com/google/play/billing/integrate#consumable-products). By calling ` BillingClient.acknowledgePurchase()`, it ensures that it’s treated as non-consumable so that when user tries to purchase this again, Google Play will prompt an error saying “You’ve already owned this item”. By calling `BillingClient.consumeAsync`, it will therefore be treated as

I’m getting a “The receipt is missing” purchase error when testing my app using the Designed for iPad target on my Mac.I signed in using my sandbox account, the dialog showed I was using the Sandbox server, it said I was all set, but the purchase fails.

Bank vaiidation step prevents purchase to complete

Some banks put an extra step in the purchase flow to verify the transaction with a banking app. We have had a report that our app doesn’t seem to work when unlocking content via an in-app purchase when this verification step happens. We use RevenueCat Purchases SDK v3 at the moment on iOS.The same issue was reported in this thread but there’s no public answer.This has been reported by a customer and I don’t know how to test or reproduce this.From the customer:I’ve been onto Apple twice and even purchased an iTunes voucher and it has still not resolved the issue. Apple have advised that it is a problem with the app and not Apple which I can agree with. Issue with promotional period expiration date

I experience a problem when testing purchases on a physical iPhone. i.e. showing the user subscription status for subscriptions with promo offer. While testing on the simulator the expiration date for entitlement with promo period was as expected - 7 days plus from the date of purchase (1 week free trial). But when I switched to testing on a physical device I got some issues with my code not working correctly.  I’ve managed to refactor methods for showing offering details on my Paywall and the purchase of subscriptions with promo period. in “Purchases.shared.getOfferings” method changed from package.storeProduct.introductoryDiscount to package.storeProduct.discounts.first because otherwise it was not showing this 1-week free trial period. in purchasing: before performing purchase, I check if there is a discount available or not, and if available - make purchase with this method: Purchases.shared.purchase(package: package, promotionalOffer: promoOffer) { (transaction, customerInfo, erro

Cordova error on capacitor: Purchases has not been configured

I’m upgrading an old project (Ionic with Capacitor 5) from cordova-plugin-purchases 2.3.2 to the latest 3.13.0. I’m calling configureWith using a valid API key and user id, and 10 seconds later, I call getOfferings() and get a fatal error in xcode:PurchasesHybridCommon/CommonFunctionality.swift:21: Fatal error: Purchases has not been configured. Please configure the SDK before calling this methodUPDATE: I should have read the configureWith docs more carefully - I was calling it in the same style as Purchases.configure(apiKey, appUserId). Changing it Purchases.configureWith({apiKey, appUserId}) solves the problem!  Leaving this here in case anyone else makes the same mistake. 🤦🙂

Cannot see free trial offer for a Google Play subscription

What could be the reason that I cannot access my Google Play subscription’s free trial offer from the SDK by calling `aPackage.product.subscriptionOptions?.freeTrial`? It is always null.This is a new subscription product which I created after reading through your migration guide from 5.x -6.x. It was suggested there that I should create new subscription products, so I did. I used to have two products, one annual and one monthly. I created a new single subscription with 2 base plans and an annual which has the free trial offer. With the old setup and 5.x version this worked, but now I cannot see the free trial in the new base plan at all. Any help is appreciated. All base plans and the new offer are active in Play console and the products have been added to RC packages. Also this annual base plan looks to be “backwards compatible”.This happens with the latest 6.3.0 version of the purchases SDK.

How to change the localizedPriceString value to show $15 instead of $15.00

Some of our subscription prices are round numbers like $15/yr however when I use the localizedPriceString in the Package class it shows the cents part as 00 e.g. $15.00 I just want the dollar amount if the cents part is 0. I tried modifying package.storeProduct.priceFormatter to hide the fractional part but it didn’t have any effect on the string in the package.localizedPriceString property. Is there some way to just show the localized price without the fractional part via the SDK? Thanks.

I created a subscription offer that the developer decides when to apply it. In the docs on how to use it there is this Kotlin example PurchaseWith(offer) and then you can do it like that. I am looking in the Flutter SDK and I can’t find a way to do it. purchaseDiscountedPackage() and other functions say “iOS only”. I want to apply a discount named x to this line:Purchases.purchasePackage(offerings!.current!.monthly!);
