when purchaseStoreProduct, no response

I am trying to purchase a product in React native.my env:"react-native": "0.68.2","react-native-purchases": "^6.6.5", in iOS, after configure with iOS public key, I try to purchase a product by using a function purchaseStoreProductconst { customerInfo, productIdentifier } = await Purchases.purchaseStoreProduct(product);But I could not get any response as well as any errors.In my test, I could get the Apple login modal prompt at the first function call.But after some times, when trying to call this function, I could not get any response.

React native for web SDK

Does RevenueCat support React native for web ?I do not see a guide on how to implement it. I testedPurchases.configure({ apiKey: process.env.STRIPE_API_KEY, })and I get a Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'setupPurchases')

How to make consumable purchases multiple times?

I have created a consumable product and it works so far. Now when the user wants to purchase the same consumable product again, it gives it to them wether they paid again or not because their entitlement exists? Android Native migration v5 to v6 - Is it possible to simply use the newer SDK?

I’m currently using v5.6.6 and want to use 6.x with absolutely minimal changes.Is it possible to simply upgrade to 6.x or are code changes and even changes in Google Play subscription setup needed?I’ve read the guide here https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/android-native-5x-to-6x-migration but still I’m not sure if I can simply use the newer SDK if I’m fine not using the new capabilities.

Not seeing sandbox purchases (non-subscription)

I have set up Products, Packages, and an Offering in RC and can see it in my app (using Expo + react-native-purchases SDK). When I complete a sandbox purchase it is neither appearing in the Purchases.getCustomerInfo() response nor the RC admin console.I also have ensured that I set the user ID with Purchases.logIn().(I did not set up a sandbox user in App Store Connect but I presume that using my actual Apple account for sandbox transactions is okay.)What am I doing wrong?Sandbox purchase was successfulShould sandbox transactions appear here?

Play store and Sand Box not synchronized

HiI implemented RevenueCat in my Flutter app. Now I am testing on my real Android device. It usually works, but sometimes not as expected.My greatest concern is that sometimes SandBox data and Play Store data aren’t synchronized. I made a purchase and it renewed 5 times as I can see on Play Store, but on Sand Box Revenue data it says it renewed only 2 times (once it was 4 times, and in other occasions it was 5 times as it should be). What does this mean? If user renews subscription, user will see he is subscribed on Play Store, but he won’t have premium access since I only rely on RevenueCat regarding someone is premium or not. How is this possible to not have full synchronization? This is major bug.

Products cannot be fetched on iOS

Our app is live and iOS users cannot fetch products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard. We’ve gone through the documentation and below are answers to each question the article asks to check. The product identifier set in RevenueCat matches exactly with the store Confirmed they match. You're testing on a physical device and not a simulator Correct our customers are reporting this. The bundle ID in Xcode [iOS] or package name [Google/Amazon] match what's in App Store Connect or Google Play/Amazon Developer console. Confirmed it matches exactly. Offerings not Available on Xcode

Hi, I am trying to view the offerings for our product. We are running on the xcode simulator via the xcode command. I have configured a storekit file and have confirmed I am using it in xcode. I uploaded the certification to revenuecat as well. I also confirmed that the products in xcode match those in revenuecat. I waited >24 hours as well for any servers to sync, yet I still get that offerings are not available. I’ve looked everywhere in the forums to figure out what I am doing wrong but am unable. Is there anything else I can do? We are looking forward to hopefully integrating this platform in our product.

Getting products without offerings, sdk needs an upgrade

Hi guys,I'm configuring all products for my app. I have all of them imported from google play and my entitlements configured.In the docs you say that offerings are optional, but that's not true, because the sdk can't get product data without offerings and packages. I'm using unity sdk.What's the point of this? If I already have the products, I should be able to get all the data of each specific product, even if I don't have any offering.But right now, for me to get the products data and display them on muy app, I have to create an offering and a package for each product. And to be honest that's horrible, because I'm just duplicating products into packages for no reason at all, and also because the UI to attach products to packages it's very very bad, specially if you have lot's of products.So, is there in the roadmap and update to fix this?If not, at least update your documentation that you HAVE to have products, offerings and packages for revenuecat to work at it should.Thanks!

Appstore testflight subscription delay

Hello,Testflight subscription window takes around 10 seconds to pop-up on all devices; we also tried it on high performance phones such as iphone 12,13,X.Is this a chronical issue? Only one base plan is showing is monthly

Context: Playstore & Flutter.I have created 3 base plans (monthly, half-yearly, annually) in a subscription in Playstore.The monthly base plan is marked as “Backwards compatible” and the others not marked.In my app, only the monthly plan is showing up. iOS Testing staging and production apps, receipt invalid

Hi, Im trying to test staging and production apps separately on iOS. To do this, I created separate targets with separate bundle ids. I then followed the guidelines here:Since I only need to test locally on device and on the simulator, I created a StoreKit configuration test file and downloaded the cert. I then created a separate project in RC with the staging app bundle ID (I already had one with my production app), the app secret from AppStoreConnect, the Storekit cert, and the products setup to match the Storekit configuration file.I’ve double checked to ensure that in the bundleID matches the bundleID in XCode. I’ve also checked to ensure that the products setup match the products in the StoreKit config file. Success response for promotional entitlement quite slow

I am using custom promo codes for users of my app. My server checks if the code a user has entered is valid and if so, it sends a request to revenuecat, as stated in the documentation: const options = { method: 'POST', headers: {accept: 'application/json', 'content-type': 'application/json'}};fetch('https://api.revenuecat.com/v1/subscribers/app_user_id/entitlements/entitlement_identifier/promotional', options) .then(response => response.json()) .then(response => console.log(response)) .catch(err => console.error(err));My code is waiting for a “Subscriber” response, to check, if the promotional entitlement was successful. This all works fine, however it often takes around 60 seconds until I receive a response, varying between 10 and 60 seconds. Am I doing something wrong in my code, or is this behaviour expected? App Store with custom offer codes manually not working

app store normal subscription works. But I want to set discount offer codes and as stated in the docs I redirect the user with a URL to the app store to redeem the code for the subscription. I see the subscription in the user’s app store but there is nothing on revenue cat and when I try to “restore purchases” there is nothing. Also this offer code is for a subsctiption. The offer is discount for 12 months of subscription. everything looks good on apple side, will revenuecat understand when subscription renews or when subscription is cancelled?

Paywall not presenting RevCat 4.26.1 SPM

Hey all,I recently created a Paywall for my main offering, and installed v4.26.1 via SPM. RevenueCat and RevenueCatUI dependencies installed correctly. I am using UIKit, not SwiftUI.When I follow the instructions to present an RC paywall from my view controller, the app tries to present something, but the paywall isn’t there. The view controller just gets dimmed and unresponsive. I’m connected to the internet on the test device, and I made the paywall VC an instance variable just in case it was getting garbage collected. Nothing works … any help here would be invaluable.

Local Storekit testing - Can purchase, but everything else fails

Hi,I’ve just added RevenueCat and am trying to do some local testing with storekit. I’ve:Linked all the App secret and server to server notifications Created a storekit file synced with app store connect Added all storekit and other certificates in revenuecat Run the app connected to storekitWhen the app runs, I can call getOfferings and getCustomerInfo, and purchase the offering. When I purchase the offering, the transaction shows up in XCode, and my app gets a notification that customerInfo was updated, and I have the active entitlement.My issue is that I can’t seem to test anything past that. If I refund the purchase in Xcode, or delete the transactions, they are removed from Xcode but getCustomerInfo is never updated. RevenueCat keeps telling me the user is subscribed, even though they are NOT subscribed anymore. In fact, I can call purchase again and purchase the app, even though I was already entitled. Calling getCustomerInfo() for the first time takes 3-4 mins for TestFlight users after upgrading to 4.25.9

The function Purchases.getCustomerInfo() takes anywhere from 3 to 10 minutes to pull data for the first time the app is installed from TestFlight after upgrading to RevenueCat 4.25.9 ( react-native-purchases@6.6.5 ).It works as expected when installing from Xcode directly on device and using a Sandbox user. Not sure if there is an issue in production, but I’m afraid to make a release because of this. Anyone else encountering this problem?

Migrate purchases_flutter versoin 4 to 5

Hello, I'm using RevenueCat on Flutter (purchases_flutter). Yesterday Google sent me a mail that the previous PBL version 4 will be deprecated so upgrade to PBL version 5.My using purchases_flutter version is 4.2.2. So I have to change version to 5.7.0.But there is no new version of purchases_flutter documentation.final purchaseInfo = await Purchases.purchaseProduct(REMOVE_ADS_ID);Previous I used this code. Google Play Store prevents release due to 'Play Billing Library versions 4.1.0' ?

Have a flutter app leveraging purchases_flutter-4.10.0 but am getting this error as I attempt to load the .bundle for testing into the Google Play Console: ErrorWe've detected that one or more of the app bundles included in this release are using the following Play Billing Library versions4.1.0These are unsupported versions of Google Play Billing. Upgrade to a supported version to publish this app.Thoughts on how to overcome this error message? Is there an version of the SDK that uses a more current Play Billing Library?
