Our app has multiple types of events (trial, trial converted, trial cancelled, yearly subscription...)
We added adjust integration and all the data being sent to adjust are matching all events except one: the trial converted one.
we see almost double the numbers on adjust.
how can we investigate this?
+6Hi! Are you able to identify a user that has had two events sent to Adjust and could you share their app user ID? Could you also share the numbers that you are seeing in adjust for these events? Since you may need to share sensitive data, you can also create a private support ticket through our Dashboard.
