I has happened 2 times now in the past week.  An IOS user has payed for a subscription and can show that the Apple app store “Subscriptions” section shows that they are subscribed, but when the app checks RevenueCat, that users comes back as not subscribed.  Is there a way this can happen without it being a bug?  I cant see where or why this this missmatch would happen.

Hi, can you please open a support ticket here and provide the app user id you are seeing this with as well as the Apple order id which you can see from Apple’s order confirmation email? I will need to dig into this further to determine what is happening here.

Looking at your app, I can also see that your In-app product configuration is not filled out, you need to have this as this is required: https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/service-credentials/itunesconnect-app-specific-shared-secret/in-app-purchase-key-configuration
