Can I use Google Play Developer API and App Store Server API (e.g. cancel, defer, extend) if needed? Will it affect subscription management of RevenueCat if I use those original APIs rather than RevenueCat REST API?

Hey @Jack Lin!

RevenueCat is an open-source framework that provides a backend and a wrapper around Apple's StoreKit and Google Play Billing to make implementing in-app purchases and subscriptions easy. We highly suggest using RevenueCat for handling subscriptions as it will make it easier and more trackable across the board.

We have a handy implementation responsibilities document that goes over this and what is needed in more detail which could be found here: https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/implementation-responsibilities
