" Error Error 23: There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details" I don't get this error on sandbox but I got this error after my app was published to apple store, where is my error, is it in my code or in apple connect?

Can you please give me more information on the error you are getting? Where in the process are you getting this error? If the error is the "The receipt is not valid" is this the error you are referring to, this error sometimes will occur in sandbox and the solution that usually fixes this is the following:

  1. Can you try creating a new Apple sandbox tester and use a new RevenueCat app user id? Guide: https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/apple-app-store#create-a-sandbox-test-account
  2. Can you try testing on a real device?
  3. Can you try deleting and reinstalling the app?

 
If that is not the error you are getting, then can you please let me know what the exact error you are receiving is?
