Our product has multiple subscription groups built out but they have the same entitlements. It made sense at the time given iOS functionality but has led to a lot of problems where customers have purchased duplicate subscriptions. Going forward we want to move people to one subscription group to make sure customers don’t accidentally sign up twice.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Are there any best practices for consolidating subscription groups? If not consolidate, is there a way for people to “upgrade” between subscription groups and cancel their current plan at the same time?
