There's a problem with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used).

Just launched my app with subscriptions on Monday.

On Tuesday I had an iOS user successfully subscribe to a Monthly plan.

Now, Wednesday morning, I’m seeing this error in my Sentry dashboard.

 

Not quite sure what to make of this. Clearly things were working well enough ~12 hours prior that someone was able to subscribe - and I haven’t touched/changed anything since.


Only the one error / one user so far - but I’m concerned it could continue.

It looks like the error didn’t seem to attach to your post - are you able to send it again, or try opening a ticket with support via the dashboard?

Oh, apologies - I see it’s in the post subject title. This error usually an issue with the connection between the store and RevenueCat. We have a guide to the most common reasons for this error that could be helpful:
