I’m getting “The item you were attempting to purchase could not be found” error when choosing a subscription.

  • Products are listed correctly
  • Product IDs are matching
  • Closed testing - Alpha (active)
  • I’m logging into the app with an email that is in the GPC testers list
  • Testing on physical Android device

What else should I be checking?

I got it work by ensuring the following are all aligned:

  1. The email used to log in (Your app)
  2. The email used to log in to the phone (the Google account linked to the device)
  3. The email must be in the testers email list (Google Play Console)

Hi, glad to hear you have solved this. You will want to make sure you are using proper licensed testers and to be logging into the device Google account with that same tester.
