Hello, I have installed the necessary play store and google cloud console for my android mobile application. I did it according to revenuecat documentation and videos here.

I published my application in closed test and enabled license test. Test users can subscribe successfully. (I can see this in the sandbox data section)

After seeing that it was successful in closed test, I opened it to all users in the production phase and uploaded a new apk.

As a result of the review, Google rejected it. They said the problem was that the subscription could not be made. The subscription options were listed successfully, but when they wanted to make the payment, the following error message appeared:
The item that you were attempting to purchase could not be found.

Hey There,

Do you have the exact error message that you were given? If so, can you please send that here so I can look into it? Also, the error that you stated usually means that the product fetched in purchasing logic wasn't able to be retrieved by them. Is the product available everywhere?

@Michael Fogel @Michael Fogel thanks for your answer. Google Reviewer lists subscriptions and prices. When you select the product and try to purchase it, Google's purchase bottom sheet dialog appears. And the error message "The item that you were attempting to purchase could not be found" appears.

I'm facing the same issue. While testing the users are able to purchase the subscription, on Google Review, the product cannot be found...

Hi, Can you find any solutions? I still have the same problem.

Hello, we are also facing the same issue. Our app was rejected in the review because of it, can you help us please?

The problem for me is that I was using internal testing version. When submitting for Google approval, you must use Open Test, not internal.
