iOS subscription canceling immediately after grace period begins

We have the grace period enabled for subscriptions. With iOS users, if they have a billing issue they enter the grace period but then their subscription gets canceled at the same time.

However, for android, the grace period is working just fine. They enter the grace period without canceling their subscription until the period has ended.

Is there something we need to do differently on iOS?

Hey @Luke Logan

Nothing to worry about here, iOS works differently due to the way Apple notifications work. When an iOS subscription enters a grace period, Apple considers this subscription as canceled, which is why we display that event in the dashboard. If the customer later fixes their billing issue, you will see a renewal in the dashboard, which indicates that the billing issue is fixed.
