GetOfferings not returning anything

Hi,
I have configured revenuecat in react native. I am able to call getCustomerInfo. But when I call const offerings = await Purchases.getOfferings(); it returns nothing. No error or no response at all.
I have created products and offerings as well.
Can someone help. thank you :)
