Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my Flutter app using RevenueCat for in-app subscriptions. The paywall works perfectly in previous versions and even in the current TestFlight build (I’ve recorded proof for the App Store review). However, during their review process, the App Store review team reported that the paywall doesn’t load—it just shows a continuous loading screen.

I’m wondering:

  1. Could this be due to regional access restrictions in RevenueCat?
  2. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
  3. Any tips on how to debug and fix this?

Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

Hey @terrynguyen!

It sounds like their environment might be having trouble loading products that are displayed in the paywall. Is this the first release of your app? I’d recommend asking the review team to first approve the products that are included in the paywall, then trying to review the app. That step of recording the video proof is a great step that has worked in the past for others, too.

Could this be due to regional access restrictions in RevenueCat?

RevenueCat won’t restrict access to any regions - whichever regions are supported by the stores, will be supported by RevenueCat as well.

Let us know if that helps!

I have 2 apps facing the same issue. One of them has already been released with in-app subscription (using Revenue cat) before. I will try asking them to pre-approve the products first (for the new app) to see whether it works.

In addition I will share the details app id via official RevenueCat contact form.

Many thanks.

Actually the same issue got my app suspended from Playstore before even going into production! This is the first time I wanna give Revenuecat a shot, and my expected date of release is already delayed due to this `store error` faced by Google testers only for some weird reason! I’ve made an appeal quoting the above statement given by Cody! But it’s really annoying!

I used Flutter to build my app fyi. Sent it to both Playstore and Appstore for the review. Still waiting for what Appstore testers gotta say! Playstore is already ruined.

Hey, sorry to hear the issues with the review. Unfortunately, this is somewhat common and would happen with or without RC. I’d suggest appealing/resubmitting as suggested above and see what they come back with.
