Phasing out App

We are looking to phase out our app (sad days). The idea is to keep it running for another year so the annual subscriptions can run their course

 

We currently have monthly and annual subscriptions, with annual having some additional perks in-app

We removed it from sales from the App store (and equivalent for Play store) to prevent new purchases and auto-renewing, however it seems the subscriptions are still auto-renewing

 

Are there any other steps we need to do?

Hi, sorry to hear! This is expected, as users will need to cancel their subscription in their Subscription Settings, which you cannot do as the developer. When you are ready to sunset the app after a year, you can simply delete these users in RevenueCat and your project, and they will no longer be able to access their entitlements or make new purchases.
