I’m not seeing any specific error codes to try and troubleshoot the issue. I’m building a Play Store (and eventually App Store) app and when I tried to upload my JSON, it just tells me Permissions to call (xyz) with an x. I’ve tried multiple times to adjust permissions in my cloud project and my play console. What am I missing?

RC has monitoring viewer and Pub/Sub admin permissions, it’s in my service accounts, my in-app purchases are in the play store.

Also, I’m an indie dev and this is my first time building an app at all. My app is currently undergoing internal testing and will soon move to closed testing and i want to have everything set up and ready to go before publishing.

You haven’t mentioned whether you have granted financial access to your service account: https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/service-credentials/creating-play-service-credentials#3-grant-financial-access-to-revenuecat That could be why. If that is already configured, it may also just take some time for Google to propagate the changes as it may take up to 36 hours for Play Store credentials to work.

I’m pretty sure I did. I followed the set up tutorial to the best of my knowledge, anyways.

Hey @caitlin-munoz-2ee577 it doesn’t look like your service account credentials are uploaded yet. I don’t see any service account credentials on your dashboard. Would you double check to make sure it’s been uploaded and changes are saved?

I had it uploaded, just didn’t save it. I saved them now.

@caitlin-munoz-2ee577 Dashboard still shows that the credentials aren’t working 🤔 I tried using the credentials but I wasn’t able to retrieve anything with the package name on your dashboard. Can you make sure that package name on the dashboard match the one that is on Google Play Console?

that did it! I had the wrong package name. Thank you!!
