I have a flutter app running with RevenueCat package. A user says he can’t share the subscription of my app to his children via Family Library.
Someone on reddit says in-app-purchases doesn’t support Family Library. So is RevenueCat the same?

Correct, Family Library is only for the app itself, not any of the purchases within it.
If you wanted, you could develop your own method for identifying users and offering Promotional subscriptions to your users in a family, but that would likely be a significant undertaking.
