Yes I could pay a subscription directly, but I would not recover all the money since the App Store/Play Store will take 15-30% for every transaction.

You could give yourself a promotional entitlement and set the duration to lifetime:

This type of promotional is a RevenueCat feature (unrelated to the Play Store / App Store) and won’t charge you at any point.
