That screenshot link is broken but I’m guessing it’s a snapshot of a customer list. Customer lists aren’t real-time so it can take up to an hour for deleted users to disappear from there: https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/customer-lists#list-data
If you’re trying to start “fresh” after deleting users, you’ll want to create and work with new Sandbox tester accounts as well. Otherwise, triggering the restore purchases method will re-sync the existing sandbox account's receipt with our servers and recreate the historical data.
