Hi!

I have this customer https://app.revenuecat.com/customers/ef084a7e/64164405

which had BILLING_ISSUE and CANCELLATION  events but no EXPIRATION event, although the "grace_period_expiration_at_ms" is passed.

 

We are relying on EXPIRATION event to remove access.

Can you check why there’s no EXPIRATION EVENT?

The engineering team recently identified an issue that caused missing expiration events in certain cases - have you found any other cases of this issue occurring recently?
