Discrepancy: Subscription renewals appearing in RevenueCat but missing in Google Play Console

I frequently refresh both RevenueCat and Google Play Console to check for new subscriptions or renewals. I often notice subscription renewals appearing in RevenueCat transactions that do not show up in the Google Play Console.

Please note that the product ID com.hnib.premium_version_trial:premium-yearly-trial is a legacy product created several years ago.

Please refer to the image below. On the RevenueCat Dashboard, the first transaction is a renewal for the Yearly plan; however, it does not appear in the Google Play Console.

Quick note first: since this is a public forum, I’d recommend not posting any sensitive user/order details (e.g., purchase tokens, email addresses, full order numbers) here.

On the specific example you shared: I took a look at the customer profile you highlighted and the purchases for com.hnib.premium_version_trial:premium-yearly-trial. This is a valid Google Play renewal and we do have a valid purchase receipt associated with it on the RevenueCat side.

To help you cross-check it in Google Play Console, I’ve sent you a DM with the Google Play order number (GPA…) tied to that transaction. You can use that order number to locate the purchase in Play Console under your app’s Order management (searching by order number).
