Different subscriptions for different account types?

Greetings.

 

We have two account types; one is for regular users (A) and one is for companies (B), and respectively have two subscription groups.

 

Regardless of what transfer configuration I pick in the RC settings, switching account and purchasing a subscription will either transfer subscriptions from account type A to account type B (Transfer to new app user id) or subscriptions made in type B will always be set to account type A (Keep with original app user id).

How can I resolve it? Each of these subscriptions cost and behave differently.

Hi, purchases are associated with the underlying store account so using the same App/Google Play Store accounts will result in transfers happening.

If for your company accounts you are looking to do something like having the company purchase a subscription for many users, then I recommend following our guide here:

It sounds like you might currently be having the company account be logged into by multiple people which could cause the purchases to transfer if multiple devices keep logging into it. Do team subscriptions fit your use case?

If not then can you please clarify a bit more on your account setup and what is the intended behavior you are looking for?
