Hi,
Yes, you can use the same key across RevenueCat projects.
Hi @Ryan Glanz, I know I’ll probably asked the same question you already provided an answer for, but I just need to understand what exactly the In App purchase Key does or is, so I don’t mess anything up. In Revenue Cat I have two apps, both of them use in app purchases but only one uses subscriptions, for some reason only the one that uses subscriptions has the IAP key already in place, but today I got an email from Revenue Cat asking me to add the IAP key to the other app and based on your answer above it looks like I could use the same key that is already in one app in the other app, but could you please confirm the following.
In App Store Connect > Users and Access > Integrations > In-App Purchase I have only one generated key, which is the one I’m already using for one of the apps in Revenue Cat, my confusing is that for some reason, when I generated the key (a couple of years back), I named the key after the subscription based (auto-renewable subscription) feature, can you please confirm that keys generated in Users and Access > Integrations > In-App Purchase are not tie to a specific In-App Purchase app? In other words, my main concern is that if I add the same key to both of my apps in Revenue Cat, my non-consumables or auto renewals may stop working.
Again, I apologize for asking the same question but as I said, I’m confused with the fact that I named the key with the Auto Renewal feature so, I just want to make sure that key is not tie to that specific in app purchase feature.
Thank you in advance.
