The data for all of my charts says “Last Updated: 9 hours ago”. I’ve tried refreshing the page, different browser, logging out/back in, etc., but nothing helped. 

The RevenueCat status page isn’t reporting any issues with dashboards, so I’m not sure if this is happening to others as well?

Are you still noticing this issue? I took a look and we haven’t experienced any slowdown updating charts around the time this community post was created. 


It’s been fine for the past few days, but at the time last week I confirmed with another RevenueCat user that their account also had 9+ hours of delay for their charts.


All my charts are always: “last updated 3h ago”

How can I force update them?

Like dashboard will say one MRR, and then i look at the chart and the MRR is last update 5h ago.


Hi ​@burrito, no, there is no way to force refresh them as the charts data for all RevenueCat customers is calculated at the same time. We will have some improvements coming to this later this year though, so keep your eyes peeled.


Is there no way to do hourly refresh, or even have a button to refresh your own data? Like 6h without data is a bit much? 


As mentioned, we have some improvements on the roadmap here.
 

Right now, what you are suggesting does not work because the key challenge is that the charts data literally takes several hours to compute.
