In the RevenueCat customer panel, if I wanted to view a list of users who:
- Currently have an active subscription
- Have turned off auto-renew
Would this be the way to do it?

Yes that will work! When the subscription is no longer active, the status will shift into expired.
We do actually have a field called `Auto Renew Intent` in RevenueCat which you can filter by, but this will also catch users with an expired status so I’ve think you’ve got the best filter for your current situation.
