Hi,

so i set up paywall of catrevenue to make things easier, but nothing easy for now. First, when i create the paywall  i put an image on top. But i cant define what of the image should be shown, Its cropped and zoomed (for me) very randomly.

The other issues im running into is that the Paywall is showing up when i  Test it on my Iphone. On my Android Emulator it works

Hi @david-pt,

Here you can find the recommended aspect ratio of the image for each paywall template.

We resize the image and center it for certain devices.

About the issue in your iPhone, do you mean it still appears when you are already subscribed? Can you share how do you present and what do you check when presenting the paywall?

Thank you,

Hi Joan, no it means that I doesn’t Appear at all. All I get is a Loading indicator (I’m using Flutter) from the Docu of Revenuecat it is not clear for me if I only need to add the flutter dependency or if I also need to manually add the dependency for iOS too? (In my Pod file) could you clarify? Because on Android it’s running great

Hi @david-pt,

Importing the RevenueCat and RevenueCatUI SDK is enough.

dependencies:
  purchases_flutter: <latest version>
  purchases_ui_flutter: <latest version>

Do you see an error message in the logs or in the view itself?

If it’s not working on iOS it’s likely a configuration issue, could you confirm that you have your products in Ready to Submit in App Store Connect and all agreements are signed and valid in the Business menu?

If that’s the case, I’d recommend opening a support ticket so we can have a closer look at your project and guide you better.

Best,
