[BUG] Paywall Template 7: Unable to Save Changes Due to Default Language Issue

After the new 'default language' feature was introduced, I couldn't save any changes to the paywall because it requires me to add a default language. However, when I try to select a default language, it doesn't work, it just stays there and does nothing.

@adrian-tesore I just shipped a fix for this so you should be good now! You _may_ have to hard refresh your browser if you don’t see any changes its deployed 😊
