Hello everyone.
Please help me figure out where to look. My app is built on Flutter Flow. I’ve finally reached the stage of releasing the paid version, which includes subscriptions for 1 month, 3 months, and 1 year.

After completing all the necessary integrations and settings, I published the app on iOS in TestFlight mode. However, when I open the app on my phone via TestFlight, the subscription page is completely empty. When I check RevenueCat, it says that the product status is not found. I’ve checked everything I could, and now I have no idea where to look for the error. Please advise me on what to do.

Hi @mahasidh,

It looks like we can’t find the ids you’ve provided in RevenueCat in your App Store Connect account. Can you confirm that you have the subscriptions with the exact ids, for example `6478157126`, in App Store Connect? We have this guide on how to correctly configure your subscription products.

Best,

Hello @joan-cardona

Thank you for the link.

I double-checked everything and confirmed that the product IDs match. However, I’m now confused by the message stating that I need to publish my new version of the app with the first subscription. I don’t quite understand how I’m supposed to publish it if I need to test it first.

Right now, my app is available in TestFlight mode, but does this mean I actually need to fully release it to the public just to test the pricing? I’m not entirely sure. Could this be the reason why I’m getting the “Not Found” error in RevenueCat?

Hi @mahasidh,

Thank you so much for the screenshot, I see what’s the issue now. You are using the Apple ID as the reference ID in RevenueCat but you should be using the Product ID “1month”. I didn’t realise how confusing this can be, we’ll go ahead and update the docs to make sure it’s clear which id you should use.

Let me know if changing that fixes the issue!
