I have done everything mentioned in this documentation

https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/integrations/attribution/facebook-ads#4-testing-the-facebook-ads-manager-integration

However, during sandbox testing, after perform a subscription, this is what I am getting from RevenueCat

I re-check my facebook integration again. They look fine to me

In the above setup, my Sandbox App ID is same as App ID. I obtain App ID from Facebook.

Also, my Sandbox Client Token, is same as Client Token.

Is this a correct setup?

In this project, I have enabled both Facebook and Apple Ads

I am not sure why RevenueCat says “You have no integration enabled”

Can RevenueCat customer support help me on this? Thanks.

Hi! I took a look at your app in the RevenueCat Dashboard and saw that you now have a few successful events sent via the Facebook integration. Were you able to resolve the issue? If not, can you check if that user had the appropriate data stored in their attributes for the integration from Step 2?

Hi,

Based on your documentation, my expectation is, I should be getting some which looks like

(The above screenshot is what I am expecting, if the integration with Facebook Ads is success)

However, what I am getting right now (in sandbox) is

(The above screenshot is captured with sandbox enabled)

In production, I am getting

(The above screenshot is captured in production)

It doesn’t look like it is communicating with Facebook Ads.

Can you assist me on this? Thanks.

Thanks.
