Are win back offers supported or not?

This page implies that win back offers are supported:

Through Your App From a StoreKit Message Requires iOS SDK version 5.6.0+

 

However, I notice that the SDK is currently at version 5.14. I couldn’t find a roadmap for the SDK.

What is the ETA for supporting win back offers? Or am I missing something?
