+3I want to test and offer discounts to user that previously had subscription and now are expired, but are still using the app. I only want to give discount once (sanse of urgency and also I dont't want to spam user all the time).
Is there any way I can track if I have shown discount offer to user using just RevenueCat iOS SDK?

Unfortunately there is no way to track with RevenueCat if you showed the discount offer to the user. This is something you have to track on your own. You can use subscriber attributes to store this data but you can check the value only on the server, not on the device.
