Is there way to alter/edit subscription price for customer?

We change our prices time to time on store and when  the prices increase and customer cancel and resubscribe, they usually email us through support.

Is there a way we can modify the price on revenue-cat for specifically for disappointed customers. How can we compensate these customers with some kind of offering?

Hey @TroophyTech!

Unfortunately, prices can’t be edited from RevenueCat directly, they can only be edited through the App Store or Google Play.

If you wanted to provide certain customers with a separate offering, I’d recommend creating new products in each store, then creating a new Offering (also ensuring you add the products to the correct entitlement) in RevenueCat. If you’re using the `current` offering feature in our SDK, you can override the user’s current offering to give them access to this offering.
