Hi dear, i got the same rejection 3.1.2

Free Trial and Auto-Renewal

Both plans come with a 3-day free trial to experience all premium features at no cost. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings after purchase.

Is that description available when you click “Terms & Conditions”? If so, that should be enough to pass review. I’d double check that the link isn’t broken (and perhaps that the touch target is not too small—the link is pretty close to the purchase button).
