Hey there! Can you provide a little more information by following the format of this guide?
We don’t have any outages in our Slack integration at the moment and we’re sending events without problems, so if you can share specifically what’s not working (is it a specific event type that’s failing to send? Events for a specific user not dispatching?) and any logs or screenshots you may have we’ll be happy to help.
If you recently shipped your app, there may not be many renewal events being sent to Slack since no subscriptions have renewed yet. A renewal is a subscription that has been purchased at least 2 times (not including the free trial.)
