Hi,

I have configured Stripe + RevenueCat integration based on the documentation, but I do not see any subscriptions created in my RevenueCat test data.  The IDs appear to line up (see screenshots), and server-to-server notifications are enabled with ‘Track new purchases from server-to-server notifications’ turned on.  The RevenueCat app is installed and visible in Stripe.  I have mapped Stripe product IDs (from the Default Sandbox) to product IDs in RevenueCat.  However, even when a successful subscription is created in Stripe, nothing is received by RevenueCat.

If someone could help me understand what might be going on and what steps I might take to debug, it would be much appreciated!

Hi! I took a look at your account and saw that you are the collaborator on this project, so just to clarify one element, only the owner of the RevenueCat project can connect a stripe account. The default sandbox Stripe account in your first screenshot will not be able to be connected. In terms of the test transactions that you are creating and expecting to see in the project, can you clarify if you are creating the test transactions in connected stripe account in the way that our documentation recommends or are you creating them in the sandbox test account that you have mentioned?

Hi Wes, yes you are right - I have been trying to use Stripe Sandbox to integrate with RevenueCat, not Test Mode.  I had done this because I saw this warning in the Stripe dashboard:

So I assumed that Stripe Test Mode is not compatible with server notifications. Is this true?

Now I am wondering if my only option is to use manual webhooks instead of server notifications if I want to test RevenueCat sandbox integration?

The server notifications should still work. Can you attempt to do so and let me know if you encounter any other issues? If you do encounter an issue, can you share the app user ID that you attempted with?
